Designed by Joe Lee this 18-hole semi-private course has beautifully contoured wide fairways . Sparkling lakes are abundant and the bunkers are strategically positioned on the open fairways and around the greens.
The low-cut rough and tiered greens make it player-friendly and fun.

Another solid public course
We traveled once again a little bit north to play this public course and again the Lake Worth area does not disappoint. Well priced compared to Miami courses and the quality of the course is excellent. Staff was friendly, pace of play was fine. Overall excellent experience.
Too many issues to go back
This was my first time playing this particular course. It was not good. Our tee time was 8:59 AM. We didn’t get to start until 9:20 AM. The starter was extremely rude and ill mannered. The cart girls and snack bar at the turn could only accept cash.
As far as the course conditions go, it smelled like a backed up sewer. The greens had been punched in sanded very recently. This was never communicated by the course staff or the website when I made the tee time reservation.
Additionally, I understand playing out of the rough is not the goal, but to lose one’s ball in the middle of the fairway because the fairway is so thick with rough is unacceptable.
The pace of play was extremely slow. By the time we made the turn, we were on pace for a seven hour round. I would’ve liked to have seen a Marshal out there trying to get people to speed up play and stop spending 15 minutes to find a ball.
Would I play this course again? Unfortunately, the answer has to be no. There’s far too many problems to make another 18 an option.

First time at Westchester, will retirn for sure. Non in my short list of best golf courses around Delray Beach

Better Than many others
Course was extremely Green and fairly well manicured. What blew me away is the consistency of all 18 holes, though they have been sanded , the ball rolls well. Fairways had grass, Teeboxes were acceptable and level. A good place to see a little bit of elevation change here or there.
Course was nice
Overall the course was nice. Only downside the cart girl was no where to be found. The halfway house didn’t open to 10:30.
