Atlantis Country Club

Must've gotten a great deal on sand since the "greens" didn't even have any of that color. Far too much on sloped putting areas, and far too much pine straw hiding the tree roots, and far too little water and/or care for the fairways.

We teed off at 7:05am and completed the round in just over 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Always fun to play here. Greens are fast and fairly wide open and fair!.

They must be paying people to write reviews for this course. I played with a foursome and we all agreed, it was the worst golf course any of us played in memory. We've all been playing 30+ years and our avg ghin is about 8. The fairways were like a green painted parking lot and the greens were harder. Couldn't hold anything on the greens and they were beat up. The pace was terrible (probably bc nobody could hold a green). Would never go back. Sidenote, had an egg sandwhich and hot dog at the grill and both were amazing. Hat tip to the two ladies working there.

Overall solid experience, greens are all elevated and quick! Challenging short game.

Atlantis is a good course, however, the fairways and greens need to be fertilized. We have had enough rain lately to help grass grow, however, the fairways are in bad condition. The greens have different grasses growing, which makes putting difficult.

They have done well in maintaining the bunkers as we have had some heavy rain storms that have washed the sides down, and they have all been repaired.

I like the layout, but they course needs some TLC.
