About
Located just south of the Palm Beaches, Atlantis Country Club has a convenient location that is just minutes from Palm Beach International Airport. The golf course stands out from others in the area thanks to the abundance of mature oaks and pines as well as massive banyan trees. The lush landscape is reminiscent of a course you would find in North Carolina. The layout features fast, undulating greens and fairways that range from being wide-open to tight and lined with trees. Water hazards come into play on nine holes, including a series of canals that cross many of the fairways. Golfers will be confronted with tricky approach shots with water one side and thick stands of trees on the other. To make the golf course even more challenging, there are 100 bunkers treacherously bordering the landing areas and greensides.

I'd play it again
Nice course and in pretty good shape considering the level of play. This late in the season that is a plus.

Not worth the price
Greens are nice. The remainder of the golf course is in bad condition. Not worth the price.

Members Are Obnoxious
The members are obnoxious and do not know much about golf or golf etiquette. All they are interested in is rushing around and playing in under 4 hours. They also clearly resent non-members playing at their course. The greens were unfair and difficult to putt. All in all, we will never play that course again. We quit after 14 holes. Incidentally, we played at a rate of under 2:30 hours for the 1st nine and a bogey golf average scores.
The members are accepting of non-members without welcoming them for only one reason: Get their green fees. It is one of the worse examples of a semi-private golf course.
