This course is a good value course for the area. The greens were the best part of the course. Tees were thin and so were parts of the fairways. There are some fun and challenging holes and the GPS system is necessary and useful. The par 3's were all very similar in my opinion in terms of length and shape. 18 is very confusing no one told us they have two greens! The GPS measures to the second which is not visible from the fairway of the hole. We played to the short hole because we had no idea there was a second green and the GPS confusedus even more.

I have been playing this course since it opened in the late 90s. At that time, it was the most pristine course I have ever played in my life. In the last year and a half, the course has improved. It is far from where it was when it first opened. I play this course approximately 20times a year. The new owners are doing a lot better job of improving the course then all of the ex owners.the course still needs a lot of work . A lot of the tee boxes and fairways are not in decent shape . I will continue playing this course. Because I am hoping that the new owners will bring it back, to the way it was in the past.

An interesting course w lots of different views. Local knowledge is necessary.. I’ll play here again

Not perfect but not bad. I read some reviews that suggested very poor conditions. Nope. Traps have good sand. Grass mowed. Greens good. Yes, fairway and tee box grass looks to be still a work in progress, but not unplayable at all. It’s a challenging layout. Bring extra balls.

Has been extremely wet season, maintenance personnel have been doing as a great job as to be expected.

This course is not easy one to play, if you have problem with your accuracy good luck for your score

Course was very wet, due to recent rains. Slow play, partly due to wet conditions and some holes being CPO. But didn't see any rangers trying to move things along.

Course needs extreme conditioning .

Lots of rain over last few weeks made the course extremely soggy. six inch clover growing in the fairway.

But then, it was only $25 for 18. We played nine and left.

Gorgeous Fazio design, holes were beautiful and interesting. Greens were pretty good.

The design, staff and layout were great. New owners are bringing condition up to speed. Kinda rough but totally playable. Enjoyed my round a lot.

The course has new owners, and the new owners are hard at work! For the longest time the course was a hot mess, with virtually no maintenance being done. It's being done now, but trust me there is a lot of work left.

The good news - ponds have been dredged, there are new carts with GPS, some of the fairways have been over-seeded, and bunkers are slowly being renovated and being brought back to life. Much of the overgrowth that sits right at the OB lines of many fairways has been cut back, so at least there is a chance for recovery when a tee shot goes astray. However, the very wet weather has not allowed the maintenance folks to remove the slash and debris, but I am sure once the sun returns it will be done.

Alas, there is still much to do. The tee boxes are a mess, either overgrown with weeds or barren. The fairways that have not been touched are a mix of weeds and whatever else decided to grow there. There are bunkers - in name only - still populating the course. No sand, rocks, mud - just a disaster. The greens have been sanded and are slowly coming back, but there is no consistency between one green and the next.

I really can not recommend the course at this time, but two or three months down the road may be a different story. I have faith the owners will follow through on their promises,
