Beautiful and challenging!!
The course is in outstanding condition tee boxes to greens are pristine. There is a lot of water and hazard areas so choose your weapons wisely and bring extra balls. Love playing here because it is so challenging you can’t help but improve your game
Great course that is getting better
I have played this course many times of the past 6 years. I have seen it as a premier course in top condition to a great layout that was just above a cow pasture. The new management has done a very good job bringing it back from the dumps. It is not perfect but it is much better. The greens are very good and true, with good pace. Fairways are fine rough and surrounds are improving . Based on a hot deal price under $20 it was great. Staff was friendly. Be sure to it it straight or bring plenty of balls. Enjoy a great layout!!!
Great course for the money
Fun layout with a few challenging holes. Usually a 3 hour round. Carts have touchscreen GPS’s and coolers.
The course could use some cosmetic work but what do you expect during these times... the understaffed maintenance does their best - seems to be a focus on the upkeep of the greens, they roll about an 8 or 9.
Tee boxes: 6/10
Fairways: 7/10
Greens: 8/10
Bring your own drinks!
Tired Course
We were only able to play 7 holes. Got rained out. Lack of course maintenance very evident.
Trying a different course
For the money, its worth a try. The tee-boxes need a lot of work. Greens weren't bad, Fairways had a lot of weeds in them and were really dry
Gem of the Treasure Coast
This Course is long and extremely challenging. Definitely not for the faint of heart! From the tee boxes to the greens The course was in excellent condition! The greens are very fast with multiple levels. Had a great time and can’t wait to play here again.
Great deal
I jumped on a 4pm $14 hot deal when I played. Not many people were out playing when I was so I played at my own place which I love. Course was in good condition, it was a lil wet from previous rain so it wasn't great conditions. Very friendly staff an service and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite local courses and would recommend anyone good play here. If your looking to see sum wildlife while playing this is the course, from Bobcats, alligators, raccoons, snakes, u name it and its probably around so enjoy lol
Diamond in the Rough
It’s obvious from the course layout and design that at one time this was a premier course. It appears to be fairly well-maintained but some capital improvements are probably warranted.
The two staff members who I interacted with were excellent and very accommodating.
Unfortunately with the recent closing of a couple of bridges along Route 1 in Stuart, it is difficult to reach this golf club from regions to the south where I came from. But it can be accomplished by driving north on the Florida turnpike pass the course and circling back south.
I would play this course again.
I'm not happy, went through GolfNow and round was cancelled due to weather. Called Golf Course they told me to contact Golf Now to get my money back. Looked for phone number for golf now and couldn't find one. Is this against the law?
Terrible condition
The back 9 was closed
Thr front 9 was under water on most holes
The course should of been closed
Quit playing after 11 holes due to wet feet
Course is unplayable
With all the recent rain the course drainage has not kept up. Booked 18 holes through Golf Now, when I arrived was told back nine was too wet and we could play the front nine twice.
They should had the front nine closed also. The golf card paths were continuously flooded and sometimes unpassable due to standing water. Worse yet the standing water consumed most areas outside the fairway like ponds and the worst experience was retrieving a perfect drive down the middle of the fairway with a ball retriever because the fairway was so under water. Finished nine holes and walked off the course. Absolutely poor management to have this course open.
Do not waste your time on this course until it drys out in hopefully one or two weeks. Bob. 11:37 tee time
Not good enough
Course lay out is good but terrible condition. The greens all have different speed. Pace of play is awfully slow despite only a few people playing.
The new owners are good at talking but does not walk the walk.
Poor
Visited recently. Oh dear! Very poor facility, looked tired, dirty. Hygiene not good in toilets . Slow play, 9 holes in 3 hours. Shame as many years ago this was a great place to visit. Sad its been let go.
Terrible
Save your money!!!! Worst golf course EVER! More like a goat pasture. Only finished 9 holes (paid for 18) after 3 hours. Would not refund 9 holes. Never again.
Disappointing
After new owners said they had done wonders with the course we thought we would give it a second chance after being in lock down and first time we played there in 2018 it was terrible condition. It has improved but not enough to warrant going back..
Pace of play was very slow, tees had a lack of grass and although some greens were ok the speed varied from green to green.
Nice guy in pro shop but didn't seem to know a lot about golf.
Shame has the making of a good course.
