Always a pleasure

My wife and I play here when we can as it is a very challenging for our skills (or lack thereof) with two or three very difficult holes notably #9 and #10. Nevertheless we love the course and even though some fareways #5 in particular are dry, all the green are fine and great shape.

dead grass-areas and weeds everywhere!

had to move the ball in the fairways to find weeds to put my ball on.

greens were the best part of the course!

Played JBGC again late last week. Again the staff is very good. Everybody we came in contact with was very helpful like always.

The golf course is in need of lots of work. Fairways full of weeds and in need of lots of water. I know they have water pump issues. Greens are OK, weeds are starting to creep in on them. The rough is ugly. Most tees are in need of grass. The golf course design in great, the golf course condition is not so good. Would I recommend JBGC to a friend? I’m not sure.

Needs improvement

Almost every tee box had little to no grass on it. Fairways were dry and weedy. Greens were mediocre. The layout was interesting but definitely needs some major improvements to the condition. Not sure I would play anytime again soon.
