Jensen Beach Golf Club

Played after heavy rains hit the area. Course management was doing everything possible to remove water and make course playable. Very friendly staff

The pace of play was very slow. Even though the Ranger was out on the course at least once, it seem to take forever to finish 18 holes. Oftentimes the pace of play has much to do with the players as opposed to the course. But the course should facilitate the movement of play. Slower golf who should let faster golfers through. There are too many other courses in the area that don't have these problems would recommend them before Jensen Beach.

Course is great except for everything on the edge of the Fairway rolls to the side and goes right in the junk I must’ve lost 10 balls because it rolls off the edge and into junk where you can’t find your ball needs a lot of work

Thought I would give JBGC a look. I used to play here years ago but got a little disappointed on the direction the course was taking. So a friend and I went up to give it a try. Fee was $20 because the greens were punched. After seeing the course the fee should not go higher than $20. Seemed like the entire course was starving for water. Burnt badly. The fairways cut real short to hind the weeds. Hard to judge the greens they were just punched. The fringes were burnt and full of weeds. Some tees were just awful. No grass. Just bare spots covered with sand. Nobody working on the course. Just a poorly kept municipal golf course.

Cart man and lady in the pro shop very professional and helpful. We didn’t go into the bar because a previous review talked us out of it.

Overall a good layout that needs lots of help. To pay more to play JBGC is just wrong.

Lot's of fun, but the course is a bit of a mess.Greens are being aerated Tee boxes are kind of all over the place.

Cart attendant and pro shop guys are awesome. The 2 women bartenders are brutal. Rude and annoyed as can be. Not sure if they're aware they work for tips. Definitely shouldn't be in the customer service industry.

Fun course layout, good people working and random pairs. Greens were being aerated so putts outside of 10ft were pointless, but rate was significantly reduced because of it. Great track for the money would play again.

Course was moving along fine until the 12 th hole. 3 of us were behind a single who was behind a group playing a scramble. We tees off at 10:18 and caught the group on the 12th hole, and it was sit and wait from then on. It was a little windy that day, 2nd shot on the 13th hole went OB onto a residents lawn. As I went to to retrieve it, a couple (drinking) came out very nastily and started yelling at me to get off their property. I explained to them that I was just retrieving my ball that I wasn’t going to hit from there and they started berating me and cursing at me. Why buy a house on a golf course if your gonna be like this? What a couple of douchebags.

This course has a terrific layout and has potential to be top notch.

Over the past couple of years it seems to be not well maintained.

Played course for first time , booked thru GolfNow. A couple days before I was notified that greens have been aerated and that I could cancel or play , a round was only gonna be $20. The design of the course was gray, I played front nine twice( while they aerated back 9)played from the Blue tees and shot 44, then I played 1-9 again from the gold tees which made it a little different and shot 46. Playing again this Friday with a friend coming over from the west coast and one of his buds.

Paid inside and went out as a single. No starter. So I get on the course and get behind a 5-some. Yep...a 5-some!! Turns out they had a shotgun with groups on the front 9 holes. So instead of sending me out off the back where I could have played at a decent pace I had to endure it. Tees and fairways are raggedy. Greens are decent.

Hate to complain but, other than decent greens, course was simply in bad shape everywhere.
