About
Grand Ridge Golf Club is tucked away in the swamplands of St. Charles Parish, La. This scenic course is dappled with towering cypress trees and ancient oaks draped in moss. There are enough challenges on the golf course to keep the beautiful backdrop from being too distracting though. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes and the tight fairways are lined with trees. You'll need to have accurate drives in order to put you in a good position for the approach to the equally challenging greens. The golf course is a fair test that is player friendly enough to appeal to low and high handicappers alike. Grand Ridge Golf Club's signature hole is the par-5 15th. This tough 515-yard hole starts off with a tee shot over a pond up a narrow, tree-lined fairway.

Still have alot of work to be done on the Fairways
Great condition
Great condition. Only 2 negatives. Range isn't open. Easy fix just not done. On the back 9, two holes have tress in the fairway which can penalize you for a good shot. Need to remove or move tee box. Other than that the course was wonderful.
Great course conditions
I have not played this course in over 15 years and was pleased with hiw well kept it is. The fairways and greens at the course are in great condition. The tree lined fairways offer a welcome challenge. The elevated Greens run at a good pace and are mostly smooth and clean.
I would definitely play here again and recommend it to others.
Tough greens
Greens were in great shape but they were fast and all dome shaped so if you barely hit it past the pin your ball would run off the green. Over all fun course in good condition.

Great course!
Great course! The green were in better shape than most courses around the area. Pace of play was great. The only thing I would even think or complain about is the lack of a range. If you can get over that it really is one of the better bang for your buck courses around here.
Quit with 5 holes left
There were 2 fivesomes and 2 foursomes and a threesome of which neither of them could hit the ball 100 yards straight and was playing to and three balls.
They were out having fun, I get it, but not at the place where it is holding up the entire course.
We just quit with 5 holes left.

45min to hour wait for a cart
we had to wait 45 minutes for a cart and was told we would not have any one directly in front or behind us.. when we got to the tee box there was two 6 person groups and a threesome in front of us waiting to tee off. needless to say it was a really long day. course was in OK shape glad we had a hot time from golf now and only paid $33.
