Rancho Manana Golf Club has one of the prettier courses in Cave Creek-Scottsdale, located high in the Sonora and combining vistas with testing golf. It offers a par-70 championship golf course laid out over elevations that change dramatically right up alongside the untouched desert and the indigenous wildlife that comes with that, as well as an old-school dude ranch that has been incorporated into the golf resort. Low-handicap golfers will be challenged by the golf course, but it's not so tough that other levels of golfer will be turned away.

The Rancho Manana Golf Club offers golf to the public and is conveniently located just 20 minutes off the highway.

WORTH EVERY PENNY

Played here on a Saturday with my brother and brother in law, the course reminded me of Sedona Golf Resort mixed with a few elevated holes at Lookout Mountain. Secluded, quiet and gorgeous. The starter was freakin’ awesome, and the rangers were incredibly nice. We got held up a bit on the last 2 holes but we didn’t mind, it was one of the best days of golf we’ve had in a while. Already looking for my next group to play as soon as possible. Do not miss this course!

Great course

Really good course. The varying elevation allows incredible views and challenging golf dynamics. Course needed some Green smoothing but wasn't a big deal. Location is challenging inside a complex. Need a real clubhouse vice the restaurant on site. All in all, fantastic experience and a fun round.

Desert Target Golf

If you like that gimmicky desert, target golf this is for you. Hitting Par 3 short irons off a cliff into greens (190 but plays 135), teeing off with irons this is for you. Small greens, tight fairways that kind of vibe. Feels jammed in to a tight space.
