Rancho Manana Golf Club has one of the prettier courses in Cave Creek-Scottsdale, located high in the Sonora and combining vistas with testing golf. It offers a par-70 championship golf course laid out over elevations that change dramatically right up alongside the untouched desert and the indigenous wildlife that comes with that, as well as an old-school dude ranch that has been incorporated into the golf resort. Low-handicap golfers will be challenged by the golf course, but it's not so tough that other levels of golfer will be turned away.

The Rancho Manana Golf Club offers golf to the public and is conveniently located just 20 minutes off the highway.

Great views with challenging holes!

course was in decent shape given time of the year.. some greens had rough patches but overall for price this was good deal. The views have always been 5 star for this course. the layout can be challenging if never played, where to hit not necessarily how long it is. friends enjoyed it and the Tonto grill is nice place to relax after round. recommend place for the right price.

Great Course w/ One Bad Apple

Actaully all the staff was amazing with the exception of Mr. Moore in the golf shop. He does not need to be in front of any guests. His bad attitude and approach to guests is terrible. Other than that I would go back and also recommend others.

Bad greens

The greens were horrible. Not enough sand was placed on the greens to fill in the holes. Greens were very slow and bumpy, don’t bother. The conditions here don’t warrant the cost

Lovely course. Greens need attending

I love this course. Great layout and wonderful AZ scenery. The greens need attention though. So inconsistent, furry, bumpy, slow. Until it’s fixed, take a two putt and move on.

Also, really slow pace. Marshall needs to do a better job at telling golfers to pick up the pace and forget about searching for lost balls.

Greens in Bad Shape

Greens appear to have an infestation of crabgrass or goosegrass that is overtaking the greens and making them putt like a fairway.

They were slowest and bumpiest greens I have played on in a long time.
