About
Located in Mesa, Desert Sand Golf Course is an executive length course with a short layout that is most suitable for beginners, but it is also a good place for golfers of all skill levels to work on their short game skills. Due to its flat terrain, the course is easy to walk with few elevation changes. The greens are remarkably fast and water hazards come into play on five holes. There are also sand bunkers scattered throughout the course. The Desert Sand Golf Course facility offers a chipping area and putting green and it is also home to a golf school.

Nice easy course for good value.. Well maintained. Clean bathrooms and a nice golf store. Great for a quick game of golf.

I must say this course truly gets it. The staff is friendly honest and welcoming. Left my range finder in the cart. Called up two hours later. Nick immediately set about locating it and called me back when he found it. Cudos'

Half and half
Half of the foursome had played the course before. We always tend to have fun! The feedback from the new-bies was that one felt like there was too much dirt; the other guy enjoyed the course; but felt like the sloped greens are pretty hard. All in all a good time was had by all. Thanks.

Enjoyable course
Lots of fun holes, including a par 5. It is fun to have many birdie opportunities. Greens in nice shape.

Work out the rust
Decent little track to work on irons.
Greens keepers must be trying to punish people with the crazy pin placements. If you use under the allotted 36 puts, you did well..

Loved the re-round
The first round was fun, but pretty slow. The field opened up after 9, but was still a bit slow. We decided to re-round when we finished and noticed NO ONE else out there. What a great round! So much fun! Great cart girl and friendly cooks! Thanks
