About
Located in Mesa, Desert Sand Golf Course is an executive length course with a short layout that is most suitable for beginners, but it is also a good place for golfers of all skill levels to work on their short game skills. Due to its flat terrain, the course is easy to walk with few elevation changes. The greens are remarkably fast and water hazards come into play on five holes. There are also sand bunkers scattered throughout the course. The Desert Sand Golf Course facility offers a chipping area and putting green and it is also home to a golf school.

Nice for whole family
What I'd expect from the greens fees, the split of course and crossing street was odd but kinda fun I guess. The people were also nice

Need better course management
The course was just o.k., but they have no course management. They had twosomes, twosomes, foursomes, twosomes. Why didn't they combine twosomes. We were a foursome that had 2 twosomes behind us and was getting pushed . Better course management would have combined the 2 twosomes.

Fun little course
Booked here because all other local courses were booked early. I'm glad we did, this course is surprisingly fun. Greens were in great condition. All were peaked in the middle (weird). Start was delayed 45 mins for frost, once we got going. Play was faster than I expected. On a booked par 65 course, we still finished 18 in 2:15. I will be back, had a great time on this fast easy course.
