About
The course at Stonecreek Golf Club has a traditional links-style layout that meanders through Paradise Valley, providing stunning mountain vistas to the south and west. The golf course has undergone several renovations since its opening and the result is superb round of golf in a beautiful setting. The hilly fairways and fast greens are immaculate and well manicured. Water hazards come into play on five holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout the course. Stonecreek Golf Club also has convenient practice facilities including a putting green and chipping area. There is also a pro shop and professional golf instructors on the premises.

Booked early tee time, first or second of the day.
They sent us off the 10th tee, did not give a reason why.
When we made the turn, there was a line of foursomes waiting to tee off on #1.
We asked in the pro shop what was going on, they were hostile. In the end they said we should not have started on #10 and there was nothing they could do. Maybe we could play the back nine again.
We tried to do that and played a few holes, but the pace was ridiculously slow as the other morning groups were making the turn.
Meanwhile, by 9am none of the tee markers were out yet and they were still mowing the collars on all the greens.
There are lots of great courses in PHX. Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else.
Better than expected!
Excellent course conditions. A tough course for first-timers. There are a lot of hidden traps and tricks you need to avoid to score well. Looking forward to coming back!

Homeless at Stonecreek
I will NOT play this course again until they remove the homeless people living on the course in the bushes! Yes, I am serious.
I should have taken a picture to add to my post, because they don't show you that on their website.
This is supposed to be a resort course. NOT!!

As a Beginner
From the dropping of of bags to the lunch in the dinning area THIS was a great experience. My wife who plays said she loved the VIBE of the course and club. Which is very rare to get from her.
The course was challenging because it is surrounded by homes but did have some forgiveness on the sides.
We got the 9 and breakfast deal then went to a spring training game.

Challenging course
Nice layout, good sand traps, some water carrys, fairly wide fairways. Nice greens, good to them.

Great condition
Really fun course with great care taken to maintain it. Enjoyed our round completely! Not extremely difficult but not easy either. Would go back again for sure

Course conditions were excellent. Club house well stocked. Fast fairways and firm greens. Great course. Slightly overpriced compared to other similar courses. You could play this course often and enjoy it.

Pleasantly surprised by the conditions of the course. Course is very challenging and very playable. Back tees are a real test. Greens were in good shape. Front 9 had good grass growing. Back could have had better grass stand ability. Lots of players the day I played. Driving range close by contributes to some of that. Over -all exceeds my expectations. Rob S

A decent bargain, round of golf
I was lucky enough to get a “hot deal” for my group at Stone Creek. The greens and fairways are in decent condition, virtually no grass off the fairways. Some rough patches around the greens as well if you’re expecting perfection, you’re going to have to pee a lot more.

Fairways good, greens just ok.
Fairways were in good shape, nobody rakes the bunkers or fix ballmarks on the greens. Need marshalls to help keep golf course in order!

Lots of standing water
The fairways were generally in great condition, however lots of standing water. If you did not have a ball retriever on at least 5 holes you were not getting your ball back.
Same for waste areas along edges of fairways. 9 was the worst for this.
