About
The course at Stonecreek Golf Club has a traditional links-style layout that meanders through Paradise Valley, providing stunning mountain vistas to the south and west. The golf course has undergone several renovations since its opening and the result is superb round of golf in a beautiful setting. The hilly fairways and fast greens are immaculate and well manicured. Water hazards come into play on five holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout the course. Stonecreek Golf Club also has convenient practice facilities including a putting green and chipping area. There is also a pro shop and professional golf instructors on the premises.

Not one of Phoenix's Finest
Layout and location fine, staff was friendly, and my group was pleasant. Course condition not the best, range not good (bad old mats and small), and they desperately needed marshaling for the ridiculous groups. 1:42 rime and couldn't finish before dark.
Not a place real golfers would want to spend an afternoon. Weekend warriors, slower players, drinkers, and plumb bobbers galore.
Could be better with a little more "on course" attention.

Over price, poor condition
Very expensive greens fees for a course in a state of disrepair. Fairways were in poor condition, greens were ok at best and god help you if your ball enters the jungle of unkept landscaping mere feet off of the fairways/greens. Very disappointing.

Great layout
Great layout and really like changes (removal of all the scraggly bushes). Need to work on the trash in the change areas. Desperately in need of water!!

New course
Easy to book. Great course. Only bad thing I paid for 3 and only 2 of us showed, so I am out $70 or so.

Stonecreek—a hidden value gem
Wonderful local course that is challenging and not crazy overpriced. Greens were firm yet held approach shots. The fairways were green and carried/rolled-out well. We played at a leisurely pace and finished in 4:15.

Course not being kept up as in the past decades.
Good idea to bring back to the original intent
of “stonecreeks” instead of jungle creeks,
but everything else in poor shape.
Played here since the early 90’s.

Course Conditions
The course is in rough shape, and the rates do not reflect this.
I understand that the winter in AZ commands higher rates, but with those rates, the course conditions should reflect the higher cost.
Disappointed is the nicest thing I can say.

Freeze delay
We had about 45 minute delay but staff had great plan to resolve the backup. Reset with a tournament atmosphere.
