Las Colinas Golf Club
About
The golf course at Las Colinas Golf Club stretches over a gently, rolling landscape sprinkled with over 2000 cottonwoods as well as various other native grasses and plants. The greens are separated by ribbons of desert washes, where golfers sometimes catch glimpses of local wildlife. Although the golf course is not as demanding as other championship courses, the layout features an interesting variety of holes that requires precision from every club in the bag. The course offers a challenge for all skill levels with doglegs and lakes coming into play on some holes. Located in the growing community of Queen Creek, Las Colinas Golf Club has become a popular choice in the Valley.

New management; same course; increased prices
This course is not worth the value of increased prices. New owner is getting greedy. They also started charging for juniors which was a big perk to have them play for free especially in the summer when no one was out there. Rough was very thick and hard to find balls. I'll be taking my game to other courses for cheaper prices and better courses.
Big Disappointment Now
The new owners have done a great job of improving the condition of the golf course. But unforythey have also decided to increase the rates and do away with discount for league play. So now many people who used to play regularly will either be limiting their play or going elsewhere. A real disappointment since we were looking forward to playing a nice golf course at a reasonable price for local players. Unfortunately it’s now going to become just another tourist course with no appreciation for people who supported the course year round.
Nice
Good condition in relation to other valley courses .
The spray grass seed is doing some good
The course now has grass growing in a lot of places that are usually bare dirt. Bring more balls and watch your shots carefully as they have real rough now that balls sink into.
Good Value for the money
The play was very slow and no beverage cart on the course.
Having said that the course was in great shape for late September.
I would play there again for sure.
Windy day
Staff was very friendly , course was in okay shape lot of areas of dirt off fairways .
Greens were nice so was tee boxes. The grille bar only has one minute sandwiches
Course seems to struggle to stay consistent
I actually wrote a review about 2 weeks ago and raved of the improvements . Went back yesterday and didn’t have the same vibe I had before. I live on this course and I’m consistently amazed how they wait to long to mow. Seems like once or twice a month they just wait to long and it really needs to be raked. Looks like a hay pasture. I was super hopeful that new ownership was getting the lack of maintenance taken care of. Lots of limbs and debris that have been laying around far to long as well. It’s still better but not good enough.
Could be better
Come on guys! Your rough was 4 inches deep and had mowed grass everywhere? I have played many courses for the same money who cared more?
Great course!
Played randomly and I was not disappointed. The gentleman I was paired with was telling me it was under new management and they made some changes to tees. So if you’ve played it in past expect that. The greens ran pretty well! Grass around this time of year starts to dry and die but for the most part it was green. I will say if you get into the thick stuff it’ll be a rough day. That was me. I had the rough day. Will probably check it out again soon!
Wouldn't go back
Course was fine but the starter/marshal was extremely rude and ruined our day. Attitude, rushed us at the turn when using the toilet, then hovered and circled after we teed off at 10, even picked up my wife's ball on the next hole. Then after all the rushing, we were stacked up behind the group in front of us who waited on a par 5 til the group in front of them was off the green. Just put our whole group in a rush and a funk and ruined the rest of our game. We won't be back.
