The Links Golf Club At Queen Creek
About
Set in a private, gated golf community located in Queen Creek, The Links at Queen Creek is not a typical Arizona desert course. Most of the course including the signature third hole, features ample trees, grass and water. This Sam Wese design, which opened in 1994, features four sets of teeboxes to accomodate everyone from low-handicappers to novice golfers. The Links at Queen Creek is a popular host course for tournaments, as the staff is skilled in event planning, execution and promotion.

Reviews are too generous
My wife and I played here based on the reviews. While I rate the greens and tees as excellent, the fairways were beat up and shabby. The layout has a few short par 4 holes that slowed down play - 5+ hour round. Unfortunately, and not the courses fault, the foresome in front of us were playing the back tees and they had no business doing it. Every hole one or two of the group barely landed 50 yards from the tees. Brutal!
Course review
Well maintained and at this time of the year, few golfers were out. Pace is excellent.
Great Course
Very nice course. Geeat people but come the end of may there will be no more Links golf course. It will be plowed over and turned into apartments house and strip mall of some kind.
Such a shame.
Glad we played The Links, Sad it's closing!
Being new to Az, we are playing courses near our new home. We were paired with a couple from Missouri and had a fun day. Started right on time and pace of play was good. Sloping greens made for some nerve-racking putts. With firm greens in Az, still learning to club down and be below the hole! We enjoyed our round and will try to play one more time before it closes!
Sad to see it go
There has been rumors of the course being sold for years.. such a shame to think it’s actually happening! This beautiful course is a part of Queen Creek history, people come from all around to play on it, and the staff has always been lovely! It really breaks my heart that it will be leaving our town.
Good Spring Morning at the Links
It was a good day at the Links. Pace of play was spot on. Random playing partners were fun. Shot one of the best rounds of my life- at 75. So sad to see this gem going away soon. This iconic course will be missed. I don't know what's going to be built there instead but it will always be a sad thing to drive past with no golf course.
Solid Track
Playing from the back tees will make this course more than challenging for the avid golfer.
For the average golfer the white tees make it enjoyable, not too much trouble to get into
Good value for a Phoenix area course, however the area is congested and doesn’t give you than resort type feeling if that important to you
Love this course!!
I think it is so sad that this course is closing to developers! It is a well maintained- fun course to play. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. We have played it many times over the last few years. Val has done a great job of running the course and has an excellent staff. We will really miss it! Sad too that the habitat for ducks and geese will be destroyed along with the beautiful trees.
Best Greens
Hands down to the head green keepers. Every time we play there the course is always in excellent condition.
Extremely good looking
The only complaint you could make is that there are lots of wild geese and ducks making messes on greens. However the course seems to get it cleaned up often before for the amount of birds that was seen there was actually very little mess. It was a great course and I will definitely be going back.
