The Links Golf Club At Queen Creek
About
Editor's Note: Course closed for business. There are plans for redevelopments into a residential area.
Set in a private, gated golf community located in Queen Creek, The Links at Queen Creek is not a typical Arizona desert course. Most of the course including the signature third hole, features ample trees, grass and water. This Sam Wese design, which opened in 1994, features four sets of teeboxes to accomodate everyone from low-handicappers to novice golfers. The Links at Queen Creek is a popular host course for tournaments, as the staff is skilled in event planning, execution and promotion.

not a long course but has some difficulty and a few holes that make you pay attention. No bunkers and not a lot of water so makes pace of play very nice
The Links
One of my favorite courses. It is so green and lush. The greens are also in good shape.
Second time playing this course. Great condition - both fairways and greens. Staff are top notch. Not too much trouble here if you can avoid the water. I'll keep coming back!
nice course
if the rangers would stay in the open instead of hiding behind the trees it would be more enjoyable it felt like we were always being watched.
I've never been disappointed
I have played this course several times and have never been disappointed. The course has always been in great shape and offers many challenges. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Not happy
Golf at the Links for the first time. Course is in good condition, BUT.....
they had "soccer golf" flags and greens out. More than 1 each fairway. Was really hard to tell where the actual golf green was. And distance to hole markers seemed to be few. I won't golf there again until ALL courses are littered with these extra flags. And then I hope the flags are VERY different so you can tell where to shoot to.
slow play
This was the second time in a row that we started around 2 pm and barely got done. The folks in front of us were at least a hole behind. No ranger monitored the pace of play.
Nice Layout
The grass was excellent at this course and the greens were in superb shape. Would recommend this course in the mid-price range. Well done
Slow! Slow!slow!
I think this course was overbooked. 5 hours for a round of golf is not cool. 3-4 groups backed up on par 3's is not very nice either. Not a place I will book at any time soon
Did not like that in the middle of the day we had to play between two 5-somes. Nice green course with several challenging holes and no sand traps.
Nice layout
Not a long course but you need to make quality shots because it is fairly tight. The course is well manicured and it is a fun track to play. Nothing fancy but a
Goo short course
Very challenging from back tees.Course really lush. Was 20 mins. late from our start time.
This course is in great shape but very slow pace
We played this course about 4 years ago with friends, it was not in good shape and was very slow pace that is why we didn't come back.
We decided to try again and was very impressed with the shape of the course but again the pace was very slow , we were paired up with 2 very nice gentlemen so it made it a little more bareable.
It's great that you are busy but maybe you shouldn't book so many tee times so close together.
Liked the course in the desert
This course has a great setup with excellent fairways, greens and rough. I really like the "palm tree" back ground on all the greens. Made for some very scenic views. For my level of handicap it had enough challenges to make you think about your shots. We did not use the restaurant so I can't comment on it.
Tough little course. Greens and course in great shape. It was a rainy day so played it fast.
