The Links Golf Club At Queen Creek
About
Editor's Note: Course closed for business. There are plans for redevelopments into a residential area.
Set in a private, gated golf community located in Queen Creek, The Links at Queen Creek is not a typical Arizona desert course. Most of the course including the signature third hole, features ample trees, grass and water. This Sam Wese design, which opened in 1994, features four sets of teeboxes to accomodate everyone from low-handicappers to novice golfers. The Links at Queen Creek is a popular host course for tournaments, as the staff is skilled in event planning, execution and promotion.

Time
If your going to play during winter months, be prepared to clear your schedule for the day! It took me 3 1/2 hours to play front nine! Snowbirds at their best. Other than that, love that Course layout is good. Fun course to play.
Very friendly, helpful staff at this course
The clubhouse people were great. Cart man made sure we had everything. The starter was friendly and explained the intracasies if the course. We will play here again......food was good and fresh made...beer girl friendly and showed up multiple times.
Fun course
The course is in great condition. The greens are firm and fast and they roll true. Great job to the course superintendent.
Good value
Good course for the price and par-70
A Nice Quick Round
My wife and I played as a twosome behind 3 young employees at mid-day. They asked us if we wanted to play ahead and we said no. Kept up to them and played the course in 3 hours. The course was 90 degrees except the 2 wet holes #1 and #9, which were cart path only. It is in very good shape for this time of year, although the greens are a tad slow (to be expected). Nice layout, no elevation changes, and some holes are a little too close to each other for me. Only one hole is close to the road and noisy. Had a great time. Would go again.
Easy course for a quick round, a par 70 so a bit short.
I would strongly recommend a course Marshall. We (2) followed a threesome and had to wait a long time on each hole. We were followed by a foursome whom in turn had to wait.
The threesome should have moved a hole forward or played best ball.
In any case a fun short course on most occasions I am quite sure.
Recently re-opened after the summer heat
(Re-opened oct22)Course was green and lush for an Az course that only seen water in the last month, Still needs to grow in a bit. Good call by the staff to keep the cart on paths only. The green where slow but this is to be expected after the long hot summer with no water. Very friendly staff can't wait for the green to speed up!
Friendly staff and always a favorite course
Very nice course.. It will be more enjoyable when it is not cart path only.. I understand the reseeding.. We will play it again.
greens are in great shape.
Pace was slower due to a tourney that was ahead of us and 3 fellas that were a little slow.
Fun course. Friendly staff.
Short course that's in great shape. Pace of play was perfect. My wife and I played in 3 1/2 hours. The fairway and tee boxes were well maintained. The greens were some of the best I have played. We will be back for sure.
Nice little course
Short, fairly easy course with no sand traps. Fun to play for a tune-up before playing some of the harder courses. Greens are first rate and the fairways are well kept.
You can walk this course
Course is in excellent shape, and walkable if you want extra exercise.
Beautiful and green no desert.
I love this course. It is always well manicured and green. Staff is friendly. Close to home. It is even better with the prices going down and the snowbirds going home. I wish it stayed open all year round.
The course was very well laid out and maintained
The course was very well laid out and kept. The staff was very friendly and we had a very fun day of golf.
Good practice course.
Fairly short course with no bunkers. Good practice course as you get to use all your clubs.
Great course.
This course is very well organized and fun to play. Although it stays busy, the pace of play seems to always be good.
Very well maintained short course
Overall it was a good experience. The turf was in very good condition so it never negatively effected your game. Compared to my home area the value was not there, however, it was OK for the Phoenix Arizona area. The course was a bit short coming home on the back nine for my taste. Unless you are a bomber off the tee you should try it.
The golf course was is great shape.
The staff was very friendly. Great day was had by all.
Enjoyable course close to home
We enjoy playing this course and the fees are quite reasonable.
