The Links Golf Club At Queen Creek
About
Editor's Note: Course closed for business. There are plans for redevelopments into a residential area.
Set in a private, gated golf community located in Queen Creek, The Links at Queen Creek is not a typical Arizona desert course. Most of the course including the signature third hole, features ample trees, grass and water. This Sam Wese design, which opened in 1994, features four sets of teeboxes to accomodate everyone from low-handicappers to novice golfers. The Links at Queen Creek is a popular host course for tournaments, as the staff is skilled in event planning, execution and promotion.

Course is a great challenge
Fairway grass not the best greens were good but dirty. Tee box grass was poor on most tees . I did not find one ball washer with water in it ,most were broken course is in average condition would play again thou and hope its in better condition. Staff was very friendly. My biggest disappointment NO DRIVING RANGE
Summer golf
Love playing here. Please keep it open during summer. We know arizona courses don't make much money over summer but it's for the people. I'll play every weekend. Thanks
Nice course. A few challenging holes.
This is a good course for the average golfer out for an morning or afternoon. The front nine pace was great, the back nine started to slow. I noticed at least one 5 some and one 6 some, luckily both behind us. Overall the course wa in readinable shape. Greens were dry and very fast. Fairways were starting to burn in a few places. Staff and good was great.
Great time
Nice feel good course. Play at the Links at Queen Creek helps you feel good so that when you come home you feel like taking time to be with your family. not kicking the cat iut of the house.
Great value for the money!
Good course for practice for a beginner or intermediate golfer. Not expensive so you don't feel gouged!
Great For Hickory and Seniors
Fun and fair course. Not too difficult, but has some challenges. Great greens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Played 1800 style hickory clubs and a gutty ball. It is a great course for those.
Great value
Great value. Course in good shape. Not long but greens were nice , tough and fast. I will put this on my list for the future
Great golf course
This is a great course for the money. Greens were fast yet responsive. Fairways were in very good condition. Pace was perfect with very little waiting. Staff was friendly and courteous. This is my go to golf course. I enjoyed playing here. Leave your sand wedge at home. No sand traps!!
Friendly Staff
It is a shorter course so you start feeling pretty good about your game. Most of the holes are doable in regulation strokes by women. Staff are helpful and friendly, would return. At this time of year good value for your money.
Much better than anticipated.
Fast, smooth greens. Good fairways with lots of big trees that get in the way, should you miss the fairways. I will definitely play here again.
Good Course to Play
This is a nice course to play - has some challenging holes that make play very enjoyable - if you are a low handicap, it may be too easy - had a good time
a good day of golf.
Friendly staff and good food at the grill. Very challenging from the blues. Friendly and courteous fellow golfers as well the day I was there.
User Friendly
Not a long course however enough hazards and trouble to keep you on your toes.
Always Good
The staff is great and the course is always in good shape. A good bag for your buck!
Pace of play
We have played this course many times and like it. My only complaint is that the pace can be very slow and when you are walking and it is hot you lose interest in your game very quickly.
short course
cheap golf now rate and i had to head to the airport soon after. Done round in 3.25 hours so that was good. greens were in good shape but tee boxes need work and course is fairly un-interesting. straight forward and some easy doglegs. greens rolled true but the greenskeeper thought we were at augusta national with a few ridiculous pin placements.
Fun afternoon
Wow was pleasantly surprised at the conditions. The course was in great shape. Don't play here much but it was fun. Played at 3:00 as a twosome and moved around it pretty good. Short course with holes running back and forth which gives it a claustrophobic feel at times. Good layout with the space they had. Some water and trees but don't remember if there were bunkers. Good hotdogs and the staff were all very friendly.
short but great value
Overall, course in great shape. Greens were pretty slick, pin placement on the day made for some challenging putts. Not a long course, even from the back blues (5800 yds.) No sand traps but water is in play on a few holes. Can't get into too much trouble. As we were one of first groups out on the course, can't give true opinion on pace of play. Overall nice course and value for money.
Cource requres hitting all clubs
Forgiving and still requires hitting a good shot. Greens were slick
"A Hidden Gem"!
This course was very fun and challenging. The condition of the course was excellent, and the greens were very challenging. I like the shorter distance on this pristine par 70 course. I will definitely go again. Everyone should get to experience this "hidden gem"! Great job to the friendly staff. They made you feel welcomed! Thanks for a great round of golf!
