El Conquistador Golf & Tennis - Pusch X9 Course

Really friendly staff. It was a crowded day, they didn’t have enough carts available . 2 of the 3 I was paired, all strangers- with had to walk, not a walker friendly course! So I had the other person in a cart with me. However the 4some behind us had a cart.

The greens were in terrible condition,, really bumpy so it was not good for putting.

I’m glad I went, but won’t likely play there again. You get you pay for.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Some greens had indentations that were impossible to putt through. Traps were terrible and unplayable. Fairways were pretty good but

Greens were shaggy and slow. Since this course was closed for a while I expect the conditions will improve over time.

The course layout is really good and fun. The views are the best of any course in the area

I played this course with my dad, and had a great time! Greens need a some work as they are too sloped and non-receptive! Other than that the course was in good shape, and made a birdie on the last par 3, so that work for me to end! Would definitely play again!

Good way to spend a couple of hours and can't beat the price. Fairly short and narrrow so a great challenge for iron play. Pace of play was a bit slow given ladies league in front. Sister property at Canada was even better if you have the time for 18 holes.

After paying for round our foursome asked if a starter or whom we follow. We we're informed no starter ... just get in line when ready to golf. We had a 10:12 tee time. Later groups jumped in line to tee off before us..... since that's how the run course. Why even have a tee time?? While playing on 2nd hole, a twosome drove past us. When we arrived at 3rd tee, they we're waiting to tee off (cut in front). We confronted that we we're following the foursome ahead and saw that they tried to cut. Most likely the went ahead to cut again....slowing play down. Wont' go back.

Played with my wife and another couple. Had a great time.

Wanted a last minute round of golf and this was available. The condition was just fair and the elevated greens are punitive if you miss them.

A great 9 hole course! Challenging, but not overwhelming. Gorgeous mountain views so if the golf's not good the scenery is!

This is a challenging lay out with, I would say, greater than average elevation of the greens. The greens are small by comparison with most locations, and are hard. In many cases a good elevated pitch still results in run off and down a slope from the green. I would not be able to recommend this course unless greens are made receptive to golf shots.

Most course for the money I have to bet played on and I have been playing for over 50 years. Narrow fairways best for really great golfers or really relaxed ones. We are the later ones. Fun course.
