Highlands Reserve Golf Club

The staff are friendly and the range and practice area is decent. It’s $7 for a small bucket, and there is no on course food cart. The course is pretty wide open and fun, particularly for snowbirds who haven’t played for a while. Very good value.

The course was in good shape for the time of year. There was a mixup when we got to the course.

Made arrangements initially for a foursome but another member of the family decided to play and so I called the course to see if we adjust our foursome to one more. The lady who answered told me that would not be a problem. The pro shop argued with me but spoke to the starter and we split up with a threesome and two others fitting in . I was very appreciative of their willingness to make things work. As for the course, there are no visible markers showing distance, each tee box did not show a view of the hole, and last no baskets for trash. Being from out of the area I would play the course again.

This course layout is nice. Guy in clubhouse was very nice. Pace of play was good until we caught up to some people. I asked the man who worked the cart shed about a ranger. He asked why. I told him we were waiting on a twosome who was waiting on a four some and nobody in front of them. The guy working says “as long as they are on pace of 4 hours then it’s fine”. Well if that’s the case then they need to change their score card that says let faster players play through. What a stupid response. He was kind of a jerk about it too. Get a clue buddy!

⭐ 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆: Highland Reserve's course design provided an exhilarating mix of challenge and enjoyment, catering to both novices and seasoned players. The narrow fairways demanded accuracy, adding an extra layer of strategy to each stroke. And though the course might be shorter in length, the abundance of bunkers ensured that every shot required thought and precision, turning each hole into a thrilling puzzle. 🏌️‍♀️⛏️⛳️

👍 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘁𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: The meticulous care taken with the fairways was evident in their lush and immaculate state. While the greens leaned slightly toward a more slow pace, they provided a fantastic opportunity to fine-tune putting skills while relishing the challenge they posed. 🌟🏆

Course was redone on the back nine. Greens are in good shape and true. Very quick. Nice course overall.

If water is your fear, play here! Pretty open and great undulating landscape…

At this price point, it’s great value - not sure about that come the Jan high season. I can they are working hard to clean up some of well trodden areas and just need to ensure the greens are consistent..

I think I have played this course in the past. It is a nice course that is worth the drive away from the Disney courses for the price

Course is getting in very good shape now . Greens roll nice and fairways getting in good shape. Fun course to play. Great value! Will play again soon! Pace under 4 hours on a Sunday morning !

Loved the friendly, laid back feeling from the staff on arrival. Course played well being pretty much "what you see is what you get get". Greens a lot firmer than we have played recently so a good short game essential to scoring

I have played this course a dozen or so times over the years and really like the layout. Fairways are great staff is excellent and overall experience is very good. My only issue is the speed of the greens. Working on greens for 16 years there is no excuse for the greens to be this slow. Courses nearby, Championsgate and Legends both have better/ faster greens so wintertime is no excuse. Still, this is a great course to play. Would recommend.
