I was extremely amazed and surprised by the conditions

Great layout, forgiving but interesting course. Very good greens.

The only drawback is length of holes are a little shorter than some courses so you tend to wait for the golfers in front

We were a twosome so that didn’t help

But we still played in under 4 hours

Maybe I recommend playing in a 4 some to even out your waiting

They brought this course back from the dead and it’s been in great condition for the last few months. Greens are still great although they’re a bit on the slow side. Fairways and tee boxes are decent. I’ve always loved the layout and elevation changes the course brings. And I’d say this is the best value in all of Central FL. Definitely will be back for more.

Course in Great shape. The only complaint is the pace of play. The Ranger asked the slow moving group to move faster but they did not. Maybe a little more space between tee times could have helped. Other then that the course is great value for the price and I will play there again.

Course is in good condition, just green is little bit slow. Worth the money, will play again

They changed the 9z around to spice it up I guess

Highlands has come on so much in the last couple of years. The greens are superb (like a carpet) having been renewed last year. The fairways, albeit narrow, are in very good condition having recently been over-seeded. Ok, it's a fairly easy course and you don't lose balls but that suits me. You can pay a lot more and get a lot less so I highly recommend Highlands Reserve Golf Club especially if you're looking for a more leisurely round.

Had a good time playing here. Staff are very nice and helpful.
