First time playing this course. Sunday a.m. tee time, not too busy. My partner showed up late so the starter pushed us back to a later time without any problem. The course was in very good, almost excellent condition. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were all very well maintained. Greens were fast and smooth. I didn't see any problem spots on the greens that earlier posts mentioned.

I will play this course again and highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a very nice, well maintained, inexpensive course to play.

The check in was cold. The first nine is tight and tree lined on both sides of the fairway The back nine is trees and lots of water. You better be able to hit it straight.

I booked thru Golfnow.com & had a cordial & efficient check-in. Good driving range facility. Course conditions were very good, tee through green. There were 3 or 4 greens which were a bit sandy & need some minor maintenance. Bunkers were in fine condition. The pace of play was quick (under 3.5 hrs). Be sure to choose the appropriate tee box, because this course stretches out to over 7000 yds. I think the new owners are rightfully first putting money & effort into improving & maintaining the course. At a GolfNow.com rate of under $20, I was very pleased with my 1st visit to Indigo Lakes, & will return again (keeping my eye open for another Hot Deal offering on GolfNow.com).

I will definitely play here again, no question. Tboxes and fairways in great condition. Long course, at least it seemed that way. Not in a bad way, though. Long irons needed. Bunkers well maintained and strategically placed, but not excessive (for Florida anyway). Maybe 5 greens were kind of rough, most were OK. But you will find that in this area a lot, not sure why. Rough well maintained, but deceptive! Ball lies low in bermuda fluff. Not buried, just to top of ball. Takes 40 yards off your swing, so club accordingly!

Some spots wet, but they didn't go with 90 degree rule. Which keeps the pace of play going smoothly. Just do us all a favor, golfers, treat this course well. Don't go nuts in your cart through the wet areas, please. We want this course to stay in great shape for all of us.

I played this course a couple years ago and told myself never again. Then someone told me new owners, new attitude, so I decided to give it another shot and boy am I glad I did. The new owners have done an awesome job with ever aspect of the course!! I'm am really pleased and can't wait to play it again. I would highly recommend this golf course to everyone!! Great job!!

Nice layout, fairways in great shape, couple of greens distressed, but are being treated. Will play again, We enjoyed the course, and staff was friendly.

Fairways are starting to look real good but some greens still need attention. Overall, the course is fun to play and in the best shape in several years.

Vast improvements during the last few months. The new owners are bringing a great cource back to life.

On the day we were there, there were a number of workers treating the grounds. They, though, did not interfere with our playing. The course was extremely wet and some of the holes were getting ruts from golf carts traveling through the soggy areas and tearing the ground up. Someone needs to monitor the holes and mark off areas that are wet from golf carts. Over all, though, pleased.

I have been to Indigo Lakes once before my most recent visit and had no issues, however I will not be returning after my experience there last week. Fairways were poor (covered with thatch). This was the main issue we had with the actual course, the rest of the problems were related to the staff and the amenities. The cart attendant was friendly and did a nice job, but the gentleman at the front desk was frantic and acted though he had arrived five minutes before our 7:07 tee-time. We asked if they had any coffee and he told us they didn't sell any that early. We told him we could smell coffee and he told us it was for the staff. We finished the front at about 9 am and asked if we could get a hot dog, but there was no food before 11. We finished our round at about 11:30 and asked about the dogs again, but the grill had not yet been turned on. I don't know, if you play here, pack your own food and bring your own coffee...and be prepared to lose a few fairway balls under heavy thatch. Play was fast, business was slow, facility was understaffed/improperly staffed.

Played Aug 1st. Had a 11:52 tee time. Got there at 11:00.

Played with my buddies and it was wide open. We were able to get out early, about 11:20.

A single caught up on number to at that was it.

Greens number 7 and 8 still hurting.

Otherwise tee boxes , fairways greens good. Give it a try.

Things are looking that they are improving greatly.

No drainage problem either . Good luck.

Indigo Lakes recently underwent a change in ownership, and the new group is moving in the right direction. The tee boxes and the fairways have improved dramatically, and the greens are as good as I've ever seen them. The layout has always been great, and the new owners are trying to restore the course to its former glory. We were very satisfied.

Some Interesting hole set-ups with plenty of doglegs to get the brain thinking but still plenty of fairway to work with!

The course plays fair and is in very good condition. A very appealing golf course aesthetically. I will definitely come back again.

THE RECENT DELUGES ARE NOW TAKEN THEIR TOLL. WITH LITTLE TO NO ROLL ON MOST HOLES THE COURSE WAS LIKE PLAYING FROM THE TIPS.THE GREENS APPEARED AS THOUGH THEY WERE JUST ROLLED,BUT PUTTED COMPARATIVLY SLOW.

Had not played here for quite some time due to the conditions. However after reading recent reviews about the new ownership decided to give it another try. I was not disappionted. The greens were pretty good with just a few blemishes. The fairways were good with minor weeds. Look forward to playing here again and seeing the improvments continue.

After torrential rains the day/night before, the course was in excellent condition for an 8am tee time. Only standing water on 1 or 2 holes...and very isolated at that. The greens were outstanding. I'd recommend the course, especially after heavy rains the day before...it drained extremely well and is a pleasure to play.
