wide open
I think If you are in the area it’s a must play for all golfers with 5 different sets of tee boxes! Fair ways are very wide but the greens are quick beware.
Awesome course....slow play
I played on Saturday and the back 9 took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Today I played midweek and it took 4 hours and 45 minutes. The course is so wonderful. It is sad that pace of play isn't controlled.
Slow
Pace of play was ridiculous. Start time was 40 mins behind. Took the Marshall 12 holes to finally alert a group of 9 (yes nine) parties to let people pass. Beverage cart came by twice in 5 1/2 hours. Probably won’t play here on a weekend again.
Beautiful but Slow
The course was immaculate but the back nine took 2hrs and 45minutes
Golf great...staff not so much
We played and enjoyed golf..windy conditions which made pace slow.
Staff was not very helpful. You will have to ask bout everything you need to know.
Noone helped with clubs coming or leaving either
Just a little stuffy I guess
Great Course
I like Jones better than Hills. I think just because it’s a little more forgiving.
Both are great courses and I highly recommend if you’re in Daytona area.
curbside Bag guys were running ragged, no carts available. We pulled up opened the back hatch and started pulling bags and the guy went right to the lady that pulled up behind us and took her bags and just nodded to us when we put our bags on the bag rack.
We had a 1:20 T time and he proceeded to give carts to people behind us even when we told him our time. The people even offered to give us the cart but he just shook his head and loaded there cart. It's just a little thing but have never experienced snubbed attitude here before
Very good conditions and wide open fairways
Conditions were great for February, Greens were firm but still held and putted true. Fairways and tees very nice and the sand was well kept and consistent. No complaints at all on the conditions. Almost impossible to lose a ball here as the water and OB not really a factor due to very generous landing areas. Most greens were very accessible and not well protected by sand or water. I would say that this course provides a limited challenge but offers high-level conditions, excellent practice facilities and a top grade clubhouse. Resort qualities at very reasonable pricing.
Well maintained
Fun course. Good amount of water and hazards to still keep the round fun and not too difficult.
Nice course
Course was in good condition as usual. Fairways here are better than any other course around. Since they redid their greens a frw years ago they are excellent firm and fast. They will hold a full shot.
Very forgiving
Awesome course. Conditions were excellent. Greens are fast but true. We liked it much better than the Hills course. You can miss your tee shot and still have a shot to make par.
I highly recommend and can’t wait to play again.
