Basic Florida Golf Course
Greens slow but in pretty good shape. Pretty good course for the price in Orlando, where everything is over priced.
Fun track /good shape
The course has water on several holes but many are on the sides and don’t necessarily come into play. Course was in pretty good shape. Some green speed was inconsistent but overall in good shape compared to many courses for this price. Will be back.
K Bay
The weather was perfect. Course conditions were good. My playing partner was a moderate ability golfer so this course was a very good fit challenge and distance wise. Good value
A Great Golf Day at Kissimmee Bay
This was the first time my golf group played at Kissimmee Bay. All when well!
The course is challenging, much water, but very fair! The course conditions were good for January! The pro shop staff were very nice also!
We will definitely play here again when we come back to the Orlando/Kissimmee area!!!
Course has potential
I play often and own a vacation home in the Orlando area and also belong to a private course in St. Louis. I thought the layout at Kissimmee Bay was good and it had a lot of holes that were challenging. However, many of the sand traps were in disrepair and/or not raked.... and some fairways needed attention.
This course has a lot of potential if more work was done on the fairways and sand traps. The clubhouse was ok and the food was pretty good. Beer was cold!!!
Quaine strain
Nice course…. I normally shoot 95-102 Today I shot 96.
The grass could be watered more
Terrible pace of play 5 somes everywhere! No rangers!
They seem to think that 5-somes are everyday occurrences. As a two some they were planning to put us with three guys without batting an eye until the group in front turned out to be a two some so they sent us when them. But the 5-some in front of us was excruciatingly slow (I think they were waiting from time to time, but they had no clue or conscience about anyone behind them). Booked this course because it was close to the airport.. Almost had to leave before 18 because we were cutting my friends flight closer than we expected.
Not the courses fault but the group in front of us parked their cart literally on the fringe of the green about half the time. But then again if the course had even one ranger out there they probably would have gotten caught so I guess it is somewhat the courses fault.
This place was like the wild wild west. Anything goes, and no law!
Decent for the price
Nice layout; very very wet (and no rain lately), several broken sprinkler heads that had flooded areas and many soft mushy places even in fairways that had tracks through them. They make up for the low green fee with food and drinks - $4.50 for a bottle of Coke; 2 hot dogs, a candy bar and a chips came in over $17.00
Nice Little Gem of a Course
Great track. A LOT of holes impacted by water. Challenging, fun and greens were near perfect
Needs some updates....
The overall course layout from hole to hole seemed really nice. Lots of potential. But the course needs attention to improve the overall conditions. I realize it is January but so many other courses in the area are in way better shape (bunkers, fairway/rough grass (thin), etc.. ). Not sure if a $$ issue for club but everything from clubhouse to carts to course all need investments/updating to make this course competitive with others in the area (and I don't mean compared to high end courses). Even $50 is too much to pay in my opinion.
Fun, but challenging course
There’s plenty of water here, which certainly focussed the mind! Great value course with really good, slick greens. Definitely worth the 60 bucks I paid and will almost certainly be back!!!!
over booked , no carts
we have played the course quite a lot in the last few weeks - its ok for the money.
turned up yesterday no carts, course rammed, we had a delay to wait for a cart , no offer of a complimentary drink or range ball or a discount. just wait, no idea how long...
we finally got out - could not get 18 in before dark, no words of apology.
i guess they were happy they got our money.... and will continue overbooking and taking the money...
The course was a little wet and the noise from the planes flying over, but I enjoyed the course
