It is a nice course to play. We played the white tees due to 20 to 25 mph wind gusts to make it an enjoyable golf round and we finished in under 4 hours. Worth the price compared to Orlando tracks.
Greens were reasonably fast & in good shape for this time of year. I will be back when I am in the area again.
Wet conditions
Price reflects conditions so the value is there. Nice course when in season.
Played at BayTree National for the first time with some buddy’s and although it rained a little bit it was great. Very nice layout and well worth the money. Really friendly staff
could provide more ball wash stations and garbage recepticals. cartpath rule is a little over used as areas are getting dry.

Greens were very fast . Fairways dry more roll that other courses . A good challenge enjoy the round

Course played very well even with all the rain we had and the cooler weather. You can tell it gets a lot of play. Tee boxes were just ok on some holes but for the most part good. Greens and fairways were in pretty good shape. Call ahead to find out when leagues are playing, pace of play was sort of slow.

Baytree National Golf Links in Melbourne, FL. Nice and fun course with a good variety of hole designs. Despite the shorter yardage, there are plenty of water hazards and hammock lined fairways to make the course very challenging. We got pretty lucky with the weather.. the rain stopped by the 2nd hole, but the course was still a little damp from the heavy rains recently. We loved playing with Dan and Duane!! Another great day of golf!!

Course conditions were fair for this time of year. Pace of play however was horribly slow, no Marshall to move slow groups along. Round took over 4.5 hours to play, finishing after sun had set. UNACCEPTABLE!!
