Cmon guys…….
I have always enjoyed the course but it has gotten completely out of control. It was very close to a FIVE HOUR ROUND, due to multiple groups of five or even six people playing on several holes. I don’t understand why this is continuing to happen more and more? It seems that this occurs on a daily basis and honestly there’s just no reason or excuse for this. The reviews are saying the same. This problem as well as other issues could be easily resolved with proper training of staff and a little bit of attention. I’m afraid that they are only interested in collecting money and once they get it you’re in for a long day. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere
Challenging.
Long open fairways.
There is plenty of water and challenging accuracy.
Greens fast that day. Matched up with members that were friendly and helpful on the course layout.
Nice coarse
Only problem I have with this coarse is slow play. Today was 4 and three quarters hours.
Baytree National
Good course, narrow and challenging. Pace was really slow, groups ahead kept searching for lost balls all the time.
Liquid cart came around often ✅. Food was good not great.
Poor condition for the price
The course was in bad shape for $70. The greens were a mess. Whoever is moving holes either doesnt know what they're doing or they are just being lazy about it. Many holes were crowned. And almost every previous hole filled was raised or dipped below the green around it. There was no clean transition from fringe to green- it was all a messy fade. The green turf quality was bad due to weeds. The fairways and roughs were thin and full of weeds. The members are driving everywhere, including all around the greens, even when marked off. I cant imagine any course in the area would be in much worse shape so I probably wont be back to Baytree.

Good course but painfully slow. Group in front of ours had five golfers in it. We waited on every hole. Four hours and fifty minutes is unacceptable.
Nice layout, great greens
Baytree National didn't disappoint.
Nice overall layout with fast consistent greens. Starter had some no shows, but we went around a foursome, and never saw anyone else all day.
Disappointed fairways
Hi, been playing Baytree since I moved here 03, 20 yrs....I play all around Brevard public and some private....I'm a 7 index, decent player and I couldn't get the ball airborne there... ?! Razor thin, bare, brown, bone dry, BURNT fairways...they said it was a frost burn, but we played Duran, PAFB, Habitat same week, none were ugly insulting unplayable as Baytree ? Great layout, nice greens, BUT DO not go there until fairways are GREEN, not burnt dead brown... insulting.

FIVE HOUR ROUND!
We love Bay Tree and try and play it once a week. However, today was brutally slow.. Three groups on many holes. A five hour round is unacceptable.
