Good layout in good condition
Greens were in great shape and were quick. Fairways were in pretty good condition. Bunkers don't have rakes and there aren't any on the carts so lots of footprints and ball marks/divots. Tee boxes are bit rough but that seems to be a theme in central Florida.
Great value
Bay tree National was a pleasure to play. The course was in great shape and the price was good. It was a great value.
Nice, but could do better
The course was in good shape but several things "easy fixes" should be addressed. First, no rakes in the sand traps or available. Also, no water on the course, like several other courses now offer. Lastly, the ball washers were not working, some had duct tape over them, and most had no water in them. Positives, they had a beer cart going around and the workers are friendly.
Another nice golf round
Great golf course with awesome design. Can't wait to go back and try that tricky back 9 out again..
wednesday group
Course plays great. Shape is excellent considering
number of players over winter. Only problem is
slow play . Wish all courses would have a functioning Marshal.
Good Place To Play
Nice, friendly place to play. Interesting layout with some challenging holes. Some spots were wet due to heavy rain over the weekend.
The staff at Baytree is excellent and all about making sure you have a good golf experience.
Excellent course
First time to play Baytree and it was great! Fairways and greens were in immaculate condition. Appreciated the electric carts, quiet and no gas smell. Course layout was challenging with three blind tee shots. I will definitely be back
Greens in very good contition.
Baytree has improved from last year. Wish we would have played it sooner, this year.

Overall good course
Good value, course and greens were in decent shape
I was out of town on business and scheduled a quick 9 holes at 5:45. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the course pretty much to myself, solace of play was great. Course and greens were in fairly good condition. I will definitely books tee time here again when back in Melbourne
