Baytree National Golf Links

None of us had played Baytree but based on the reviews we booked a foursome. Really glad we did as it was a great day on the course and in bar. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The range was full but were able to hit some balls just to the side of the roped area. The course conditions were much better than some off the nearby courses. The greens rolled true and were plush. The layout makes you think about each shot (buy the yardage book and USE it as there are a couple of risk/reward holes and some fairways that need to be hit on the left or right in order to avoid trouble. The pace of play was under four hours without being pushed. They do have Marshalls on the course which helps. There is a full service bar that offers hotdogs and burgers. I would definitely play it again and recommend to others in Central Florida.

Don’t book thru golfnow they will loss your tee time then tell u to F off

Had a reservation today at 10:52 with my buddy for his birthday drove all the way to Melbourne which is 45 minutes away to have Eddie tell me that he can’t find our teatime through golf now. He then told me that he would go ahead and let us pay the amount and then we can cancel through golf now that way we can get our teatime and he was told it was 57 dollars. When he rang us up he rang us up for $110 and said he thought that was only for one person. I really don’t understand why it was so difficult to get things figured out but the fact of the matter is is that Baytree use his golf now for teetimes it is not my fault as a customer that you cannot find my reservation whenever I have proof that I have a reservation. I even had golf now on the phone in front of Eddie and he still was not willing to help me out. I had some choice words for him but if you waste my time best believe I’m gonna have something to say totally unprofessional and I called Ford Philpot Which is the director of golf and have not had a reply back. Went to cocoa beach instead LOL. And best believe I’m gonna tell everyone not to come to baytree. Would love to hash out this issue with someone higher up we will see if I hear back...

It seems that quite a few good golfers play this course and it shows with the pace of play and courtesy while playing. Pretty quick greens can be challenging as well. I’m from the area and I play this course a lot

The greens on this course were fast and true! The rest. Of the course is in ok shape. The pace of play was terrible from the first hole!

Finally on hole #13 a 3-some 3 groups ahead of us stopped playing. From that point we were able to play at an adequate pace. A ranger could have resolved the problem.

With an afternoon tee time, it was busy. We had to wait for carts to come in from the course and that was not exactly a good start. However the staff could not have been nicer about that situation. We teed of 15 minutes late behind a 3some, then a 2some, a man alone and then a 3some. the pace might have improved if folks had joined up and played in at least the 3some. We played from 1:20 until 5:45...sheesh...was after sundown! The course was in good shape, with greens running true and fast. The tee blocks were good and traps groomed and holding nice white sand with no rakes. The day was nice, so, all went okay, but, will seek earlier tee time until our days lengthen.

First day after the holiday so everyone who is golf was out. Some single carters due to CDC guides (I guess). so had a 30 min wait for cart.

This course is one of my favorites and have played it for years! Greens were fast but always true... good dives on these spacious fairways will put you in a position to score!

Fast and firm greens that roll true. The course was in great condition and we had a great time out there and was even let though by a slower group in front of us which is always a plus and hard to find these days...
