About
The Golf Club at Cypress Creek is a full service, 18-hole semi-private facility. Located just 25 minutes south of Tampa on I-75 at exit 240, this is a must-see club featuring a meticulously maintained championship course. It is designed on rolling terrain around 600 acres of pristine conservation wetland with multi-tiered tees, undulated greens, numerous bunkers and lakes. Great Layout. Excellent value golf course with a very enjoyable restaurant.

Not really sure how a course in FL has ZERO on course water. Course itself was in pretty decent condition, just need the greens and fairways trimmed up some. Rough is unforgiving.
tee boxes well groomed, fairways give good lies and are fairly wide, rough the ball may sit up or settle down either way can still hit good shots, bunkers were a little wet from past rain and greens were in good shape but a little slow. overall a good day of golf.
Nice first time
First time playing. Course had it’s wet spots but overall nice course. I would come back.
Always good but..
Always good but.. always challenging! This course owns me! But great course with an awesome burger and beer waiting for you on the 19th!
Getting better all the time
Golf course conditions as good as they can be in the summer heat and rain.
Most cups were poorly set. Regulation is 1 inch below green level, many of these cups were no more than a 1/8 inch below green surface.
Beautiful but not Accommodating
Beautiful course but it was really wet and muddy due to all the rain. Nice layout, not too difficult and not easy. The major issue with this course is there’s no water anywhere on the course. The water stations didn’t have any jugs in them at all and it was extremely hot and humid. Almost passed out due to heat and couldn’t find water anywhere. This course would be amazing when it cools down.

Challenging,in great shape, fun track, interesting layout, would go back often.
Wonderful Place to Relax
We enjoyed our round on a beautiful, hot, but breezy Saturday afternoon. Although there were some soft and wet spots (we have had a lot of raid this august), the greens and fairways were lush, fast and GREEN!, Even the second cuts were bouncy and lush. And we saw some great wildlife - racoon, a great variety of ducks, water fowl and cranes - even a pink spoonbill!
The pace was slow for the first 9 holes, which made my partner frustrated and impacted his round, but I liked the restfulness of the entire day.
I would definitely return!
Cypress Creek-challenging enough
This was the third time I golfed at Cypress Creek. We had a lot of rain recently and some areas were soft. The course layout is nice, challenging enough for most players. The sand traps depending on the hole, some are better than others. A good amount of water surrounds the course. The thickness of the rough was challenging. Get there early (before 8am), otherwise pace could be slow. A nice course which I will be back.
Great course beautiful scenery and peaceful
It was pouring rain for a while only reason a little bit harder to get a good gauge And I started my round too late to be able to play 18 holes, but the scenery was beautiful challenging I’d pack a three wood or Long fairway hybrid

Nice course considering
Course was in great shape after tropical storm. Very surprised how well course condition. Had a great time. Really enjoyed course. Staff was great. Fun course to play challenging but fair. Had a blast. Thank you. Will play again
Great Layout
Course is a challenge from any tee selected.
Course was still recovering from heavy rain
but first hole was only "cart path only" hole.
Since we live in New Port Richey we don't get
down to play it as often as we would if we lived closer.
Always look forward to playing here.
