Great day playing Cypress with my beautiful wife..

I'm not what is going on at Cypress it use to be one of the very best courses in the area, now it is a shell of its former self. The greens were redone 2yrs ago and now most of them are in worse shape than before they were redone. If management fixes the greens, then anything else wrong with the course is minor. The crazy thing is management was offering a membership that was at a fairly decent price and I missed getting it, now I'm glad I missed out.

I would still recommend you play the course, I haven't stopped playing there despite anything negative I said, the course has a great layout and it's a challenge, the first hole is deceiving in contrast to the rest of the course. Cypress is no pushover.

Cypress Managment needs to get the course back in shape. Practice facility needs help as well. They seem to be under staffed. The restuarant, and bar aren't open. The beverage cart doesn't have the selection it normally would due to the restuarant and bar. This course was one of the nicer courses in the area. They have a good product. Just needs work. Myself and other people included I'm sure would consider a membership if they were to resolve the issues. So many people moving into the area. Why?!

Some summer heat shagfiness on the course. Still love the layout. Pace was almost too fast today. Greens in good shape for the season. Staff nice, but not very talkative when asking about available balls down sale.

Lightning shortened my wife and I round to 15 holes.

With so much rain over the last several weeks the ruff is super ruff.

Even with not to bad misses it was hard to find balls.

It’s hard for the course to maintain good condition with so much rain.

With that being said any day on a golf course is a good day!

I have played this course before and was OK with the cost. I was dissatisfied with pace of play and course conditions. Followed a foursome for 16 holes, waited on every shot. Rarely did we see anyone in front of them that they could be waiting on. Ranger drove by several times during the round. Greens were in rough shape and course looked like it not been mowed recently.

The course greens had just been punched so they were slow and bumpy. The course was in great shape especially considering recent heavy rains. Course layout is very challenging especially holes 2 and 7. We did not use food truck or any amenities. We will definitely play here again.

Greens are still recovering from aeration. Bumpy and patchy sand in several spots. Fairways are in pretty good shape. Restaurant and lounge still closed, but beverage cart came by several times.

Great layout. Rough had old mowed grass caked in it which made finding your ball hard even if you roll through the fairway. Greens had no rough patches but was sandy on some holes which made for tough reading of speeds.

Played after heavy rain prior day so much of the course not mowed. Greens were VERY slow.

Beautiful day for golf and this course was in great shape. Fairways were very nice and greens were just a little fuzzy but not bad. Love the layout. I’m 65 and played from the senior tees and shot 85, which is a little better than usual. Well done Cypress!

Great round. Very few golfers. Played

3 hrs. 30 min. Course very good but a few sanded spots on greens. Will play again.

Been a year since I last played here and it was a huge disappointment.

Rough hasn't been cut in weeks and it's mostly weeds now.

Bunkers haven't been tended to either.

Fairways and greens were ok, but not anywhere near what it used to be.

I hate leaving a bad review here because the course used to be quite nice. Now it's a ranch. Not sure what's happening, but I won't be back for awhile.

Course was in good shape. Some wet areas but expected with all the rain we got. Very challenging layout.. greens were a little slow. Would definitely play here again.

The grass all over the course is overgrown! Greens are so spongy they likely can’t cut them. The holes appeared to have been there several days. 16 green looks like it’s on the verge of being lost. Sad to see today since I play lots of golf here… but things don’t look to be going in the right direction right now.

Yes the storm might have added some water BUT the course had to have been struggling even before that- despite a week of being closed for work.

Hoping it come back!!!

Very few golfers due to tropical storm passing the area. It was path only today but the course was not too wet. The grass needed cutting and a lot of the greens are in rough shape. But overall it was not too bad a day of golf.

I like the course layout but the greens need some work
