It's January and the greens are "awesome' as usual. They now have a brand new golf carts, but I wish that they also install a GPS, so I don't have to bring mine all the time when I play golf here. Overall everything is wonderful, such as excellent customer service, well maintained fairways and greens, and perfect pace of play. Highly recommended to any level of golfers...

I just love this golf course.

I could not get enough of this golf course, although I played it so many times. It is worth the drive even if it's more than 3 hours drive. Locals are so lucky to have this golf course in the area. Staff are always awesome every time I come play golf here...

Course was in excellent condition. It was a little cold but the sun was out and playing conditions still very good. I needed to club up into the wind and of course I had to make the adjustments when I had the wind. Water and sand is in play a lot to make it challenging. I really enjoyed this course.

Kiva Dunes is a great golf course. It isn’t inexpensive but, you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and helpful. The course itself is just the right amount of difficult to keep your attention. There were very few blind tee shots, it was all there right in front of you. The course conditions were immaculate. The greens were fast and rolled true. Good puts were rewarded. The course lays out East and West and the wind direction and speed come into play on every hole. If you like a well conditioned course that keeps you engaged on every hole, you will be rewarded here.

If you're in Gulf Shores, AL this is a must play course. The conditions, the layout, and the staff were top notch. This is on our repeat play list.

I got a great rate on this Tuesday in late November when daylight is at a premium.around noon. The course warns that the golfer might be placed 15-20 minutes before the scheduled tee time. In my case it was a full 45 minutes early meaning I only got to hit a few practice putts. Combined with a little over 3 hour round meant I was off the course 2 hours earlier than expected. Parking and check in were extremely quick and efficient, service was friendly and very good. The greens were very fast and in excellent shape. Fairways and rough played fast and firm. We played the white tees as the starter strongly recommended a 7 handicap for the blues. From there the course is very fair and in front of you, very few blind shots. On this day the Blue Angels were in town performing a show above us, very memorable. The off course amenities should be rated N/A as I didn't participate in any.

I would highly recommend Kiva Dunes. Beautiful course and facility. Excellent condition. Challenging but fair. Best course in Gulf Shores and possibly in Alabama.

What a professional course should be! The staff is friendly and helpful! The course is pristine! The breeze kept most of the bugs away! The course offers challenging holes & several par 3 for players like me!

I’ve played Kiva Dunes countless times while on vacation in Gulf Shores and always without fail have a great golfing experience. Friendly professional staff and incredible golf course. The course is challenging but fair and enjoyable. It’s my favorite course to play.

I played here twice this week and was very happy overall. I played as a single and finished 18 holes in 3 hours. I played here one more round and joined two others after 3 holes. The course is very nice. The greens were sandy and quick. I enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it.

Course in great shape as always. Staff very friendly as always. Great experience all around. Could tell the greens were punched recently but the ball rolled true. There was even a guy out on the greens hand pulling the few weeds on the greens themselves. Probably why the greens are always in great shape.

Wonderful course, but a ball eater if you're not pretty straight. Great staff; ranger encouraged foursome ahead of our twosome to let us through, shortening the round by 45 minutes
