Palm Desert Resort Country Club

Had an excellent time. pace of play was outstanding, and the only negative was the course was just coming out of overseeding. In a few weeks course conditions should be excellent.

The Starter got me out no problem. He was very efficient with carts, ice and introducing me to my playing partners. The course was in exceptional condition for the price. This course was in the best condition of all the course I played on my Palm Desert Golf vacation. One of my hobbies is cultivating a fine fairway lawn. If a courses lawn is better than mine I am really pleased. This course passed the test. I tied my best score ever and the conditions helped considerably with that. Thanks for an exceptional round. The carts were in quality condition and the nice lady that was receiving and maintaining them was very informative. I will be back each time I visit Palm Desert and will always recommend this course as a must stop to my Golf Buddies.

Fairways were dry, does need some TLC at this time of year.

I had a reservation at this course 9/27 (confirmation #382172307, but needed to cancel it due to a medical issue. Despite the online terms, GolfNow gave me no way to do that. The sign-in and reset password functions didn't work, and there was no contact ph# or email. I finally put my info in a chat box on their site, but no reply. That I'm having to say this in a review box indicates how poor the service has been. I'd still like a credit, or my money back!

Friendly staff, awesome practice area with free range balls, sub-three hour round, super cheap late summer greens fees, friendly but interesting layout: What more can I say?

Played course today and they allowed fairways to dry out due to re-seeding that starts the following day. Great value for $35.00 round for an early Sunday morning.

I haven't played this course in 10 years. Very wide fairways and not to challenging. Would certainly recommend this golf course.

This is a very nicely laid out and groomed course for the money. I’d play it again for sure.

Wide fairways, nice layout, water plays a part in around 5-6 holes.

The course conditions have improved dramatically in the last few years. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can tell they have a sense of pride when you interact with them. The course is in great shape. I would recommend using one less club into most greens as they are difficult to hold. On the plus side, didn’t see any unrepaired ball marks as it’s almost impossible to make one. Not sure why they start you off on 10 during the summer as 11 is probably the most difficult hole on the course.

Round booked for 09/04/23. Course was pretty much empty, played the round on my own. Course conditions were pretty good I have to say, greens in really good condition. Some challenging holes and I really enjoyed the round. Practice facilities good as well and NO EXTRA CHARGE for range balls. Well done to the course management on this

Walked into the club house and it was like the Marie Celeste…..not a sole to be seen and the pro shop stands were all empty.

On the whole, would highly recommend

The course was in great condition considering it's late August in the desert. Jack was extremely helpful and informative. Had a great time. Will definitely be back.
