Good value but traps lacking maintenance
Great pace of play during twilight. Greens were good with just a few sparse spots. Traps lacked sand with grass growing in edges. Overall a good twilight value.

Great Course In Palm Desert
This course allows you to take out driver on most holes, has challenging par 3’s and bunkers protect most greens. The setting and golf course are beautiful.

Nice course
I am a high handicapper. This course is fairly forgiving, so a lot of fun for me. It does wind its way through a residential development and involves many street crossings. I am not sure if walking is allowed, but would guess it could be a long walk as tees are sometimes a good block or more from the previous greens.

Fun traxk
Only reason for lower rating was the bunkers were horrible. Sand like concrete and grass growing around the edges.
Fairways were generous and the ball rolled out. Greens were very good, fast and rolled true. Pace of play was slow as we stuck behind some PGA pros, at least they thought they were. Finally got by them at the turn and ended up okaying in under 4 hours, we were a twosome.

Great neighborhood course
This is a very nice neighborhood course. Friendly staff, good playing conditions. The greens were in very good shape and the value was very good. No driving range is a drawback. We will be back!

Very well kept course
Didn't realize it was in a neighborhood but the course was in immaculate condition. Probably shop staff was awesome. Went to restaurant between rounds to get a quick sandwich and they said they would be with us soon and then 15 min. Later hadn't waited on us so we left and finished our 2nd 9 so not sure about that part.

Great time! I have played here every summer for past four years. Everytime the fire ants get me… ugggghhhh! Bites and all had a great time. Course is in good condition. This time of year lots of players.

I really enjoyed playing this course. I played from the red tees and have an index of 16. Fairways wide and in good shape. Rough a but long but playable. Greens slower than I’m used to so practice before starting your round.
