Deals are harder to come by these days so I really appreciate a decent track at a decent price. The conditions here were excellent in March but still better than most for July and the layout is interesting enough to keep me coming back. Played first thing in the am with a couple of locals and had a good time.

The greens were not in very good shape but the rest of the course was in good shape

I had a great experience at PDRCC. Very friendly staff, nice range, fun track. For mid-July, the greens were in very good shape. Only one or two greens were somewhat bumpy. I'll be going back soon.

Connor did a great job sorting us out at the start and at the turn. I did find the eighth hole confusing. After the tee shot down on the flat plateau surrounded by water, if you look to your right there is a flag, and if you look to your left there is another flag. I was a bit confused which flag to go for.

Went out as a single and met some really good people.

The course is enjoyable but not a lot of variety. Pace of play was OK, but greens in good condition. No food options or snack bar.

Older course. May have been nice once but appears to be neglected.

This course was in the best shape of any I've played over the last year. Even the Sand Traps were well maintained and full of actual Sand. A very enjoyable layout to play. However, be aware that the 25mph speed limit in the community comes with a $200 fine and is radar enforced. Also, a personal annoyance; there were tip jars for the starter and the cart person.

Poor grass maintenance, housing was too tight to fairway, greens were slow, staff were not real friendly, just wouldn’t rush back unless the deal was compelling.

Incredibly slow pace of play. This course is geared to the occasional golfer and was jammed with newbies just learning the game. Conditions were just ok, greens slightly better than just ok. No refreshment cart to be seen, restaurant doesn’t open until 2pm, very few water filling stations. We left after 12 holes as it was clear this would be a 6 hour round. Will probably never play here again…..but, for novices it’s a decent track and the price is right.
