Palm Desert Resort Country Club

Everything in the desert is expensive this time of year. This course is no exception. Conditions were pretty good, play was slow but that's normal for a resort course, and it cost $105. If that's too much for you, stay home. Otherwise, the course is very playable, the greens pretty smooth, and the burger after the round was quite tasty.

Slowest 9 hole round I have ever played. No Marshall's to be found.Group in front of us could careless about pace of play.

I will be playing this course again as everything about it is fun !! Great staff , course in very good condition , great driving range and a really good course layout!

From the gate entrance, through the clubhouse and the check-in staff were amazing and very friendly. This made the start off much more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the snack cart and it's timely appearance. Friendly host, appreciate the courtesy when golf was in play. The residents we rarely encountered were friendly too, especially hearing the little ones all excited for Christmas. One resident even helped find a ball in the ruff.

Beautiful and well maintained course. Nice pace of play and comfy carts. I'm mediocre at best and really enjoyed the course.

I'll recommend this course all day long and will definitely be back.

First time golfing in the area, compared to LA courses, this course was a great value. Lush fairways, greens were very fast but very hard. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Thanks guys!

This course was in good condition and fun to play with nice challenges!

Great staff; course in good shape. Some slow players which can be monitored by a Marshal. Carts are good and all in all I would recommend my friends to play at this course.

I book on Golf Now. I title my review "A KEEPER" for a reason. I will keep this ocurse on my agenda while playing in the Palm Springs area because it is a geat golfing experience.

The course itself wsa in pristine condition. What a strking environment simply to be in, let alone to play a round of golf. The course layout with its fairways well maintained in prsitine condition as you could view from the T boxes perfecxtly green, margined by wide "browned" edges of brown grass were a beautiful image picture perfect.

I have over the years played here while visiting the Palm Springs area.

Overall golfing here has always been a positive golfing experience. This year it has been an exceptional experience.

Staff from arrival to finish are sterling and only enhance the golfing experience by being welcoming and helpful. From start to finish: Club drop off, PRo shop, Starter and return to club drop off to exit the course. Friendly and professional.

I've been an owner here for 21 years. Everything about the physical golf course is much better than it was under the previous owner. The restaurant needs a lot of work. The serving staff is ok. I assume they will improve as time goes on. The kitchen is an embarrassment. Our dinner was ok and the service for us was ok. The table two over from us waited for over an hour for their food to arrive. They were extremely upset. The following week my son and his family were at the restaurant. Three of the items on the menu were not available. When their food was served, some of it was warm and some was almost cold. I felt bad that my family had such a horrible experience.

I feel that the restaurant really brings the whole experience down.

Fun day, the greens are fast and beautiful weather. Sand traps played well too.
