Disappointed
What a disappointing golf course. While the greens were in fair condition. the fairways to greens we’re in rough shape. At half the price, this was very poor value for my money.

Most holes were fairly long. Course was in ok shape.

Overrated
Not worth the price. Should be about half the price. A basic course with not much imagination. The area around the course is very dodgy. Not a comfortable feeling. No range, only a poorly maintained hitting net.

It was ok, but not my favorite next time in PD
The course was ok. A little off on the maintenance, but with COVID, I will give them a pass on that. The pace of play was painfully slow 4.3 hours. If they can only afford a starter - and I do not see that he does much - he/she should double as a marshall to keep the pace of play adequate. We had two groups in front who were painfully slow on the greens - painful I say. A bit pricy for what you get, but I guess that they are busy enough.

Disappointed
For a $110+ each Country Club golf club the course was barely up to municipal standards. The greens were fine but the fairways and sand (dirt) traps were marginal. The clubhouse was average but the entire area around the course is run down and unappealing visually.. my wife really liked the water fowl especially the pelicans. I won’t play here the next time we come to Palm Springs.

Lack of driving Range and need to go on road are real negatives. thankfully
My playing partner knew the route. Would have gotten lost several times if on my own.

Samurai golfer
This was much better than I expected after reading the reviews. The course was in good condition except the bunkers needed more sand. A normal bunker shot would bottom out on the hard soil below the very thin layer of sand, if there was any sand. The fairways are wide and friendly. Pace of play was excellent.

Go play tennis
If this is what $100 per round buys in the desert for golf I suggest you go to Indian wells and buy a tennis racquet.
We have played many courses down here and at this price point there is many better options. Stay home and go in the pool for example.
Almost in a slum area of town. No driving range, small chipping green and off to first tee.
Older course in reasonable condition. Slow greens. OK, but over priced for what you get

A good option to the expensive resort courses at Palm Springs.
A good option to the expensive resort courses at Palm Springs. I enjoyed my day at Desert Palms. The course was not as immaculate as some of the other courses in the area, but it was a lot of fun with enough challenge while being very playable.
