Palm Desert Resort Country Club

Pace of play was great! Finish in under 3 hours. Currently some summer/off season construction/maintenance going on at the golf course. Hole 6 (par 3) was closed and hole 7 (a par 4) was turned into a par 3. Was able to play hole 1 twice to fill in 18 complete holes and make up for the par 4 missing on the card. There was also some maintenance on a hole on the back where the tee box was moved up on a par 4. I got a great deal on my tee time, very good conditions going into summer, no worries on dealing with the construction.

The fairways and greens are in very good shape right now with the exception to the par 3 16th. That green was horrible, all of the others were very pure. Only other down side is the construction of the lake on the 6th hole. 6 is closed completely and the 7th tee is moved up to play about 155 yards. It really throws your scores off since you're only playing 17 holes and one of the par 4's is playing like a par 3. I was told the construction will continue for about 2 months.

Private club conditions at a great price. Be aware that currently hole #6 is closed for renovation(a par 3). I played 2 balls on hole #4 to make up for the loss of the hole and the staff will also allow you to play another hole after you finish 18. Still a great place to play.

This course is not difficult and is a great value warm up course. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens are in good shape. Bunkers are horrible though. Also, hole #6 was closed and #7 was shortened to160yds. These are two good holes so was a bit sad. Also, the starter did not tell us of work going on, including a leaking hose going across the fairway in front of the 5th green.

I understand that maintenance must be done but it would be nice to know in advance. I will play here next time as it is a nice course for the money.

Great course who needs a little love on parts of it. But still a good value in the desert.

Another great round at this beautiful course. The course was in great shape except for a couple of holes that were undergoing minor maintenance. I normally play the blacks here but today I played the golds to practice my irons. I had an ok round of 81 and my wife shot 90 from the same teens. Great course, great staff, we will definitely be back.

Greens, fairways, and tee boxes weee all in great shape. Practice facility was a good size to warm up or work on your game. Staff was friendly and helpful. Provided with a course guide found very helpful

Fairways were in great condition and the greens were challenging. The pace of play was very good. And the staff were knowledgeable.

quality people goes a long way with me. PDRCC treated us very well from check in to cart guys...have played this course many times since the 1980's...they've had their ups & down and they are currently on an upswing..we enjoyed our golf

The most reasonably priced round for a good layout.

We played couples golf for our first round of our trip at 10am Very playable. Greens are very good. Fairways are wider than you think and in playable shape. Pace of place was good. No cart girl. No marshal.Gentlemen running the first tee were great. Happy with the value. Little confused with the 18th hole. Recommend the course for a basic fun game of golf. I'm a 7 handicap ....

Course is in much better condition than it was a few years ago. Fun course to play.

This was an excellent course and I would highly recommend it. Conditions were next to perfect as fairways and greens were perfect. Rough was not great but not a big issue at all. Pace of play was good and halfway house. There are plenty of good holes but also a couple average ones. Best value in the desert and I absolutely love it.

It’s an well maintained course to enjoy! Staff are super friendly and not too pack at all !
