Bland
Probably was once very nice. Now somewhat disappointing. Nothing wrong just not exciting.

Not worth it
Greens are poorly maintained and have a large amount of dry spots. Houses surrounding are hideous and dilapidated. Way too expensive per player for this level of course. Clubhouse is trash, falling apart.
Only positives was the GM with the black Mohawk, friendly and ensured we started on time.

Green condition
I played another course in the area 2 days before playing here. I just want to say the greens were in excellent condition, the best between the two and rolled out very true. Excellent condition for this time of year. I really enjoyed my round.

Weekend Tee-Time
Enjoyed the friendly staff, greens were in great condition and played about a 9.5; the course had several brown spots throughout and was in need of more water; enjoyed the round overall

Most Playable Course in Coachella Valley
My favorite aspect of this course is that you have several tee boxes to choose from so depending on your game you can be challenged no matter your skill level.

Fairways and greens were in very good condition. Most holes were shorter than average, but additional bunkers created some challenge.

Not what we expected
There are a lot of courses to choose from in the Palm Springs area - this is not one of the best. The fairways were more like a second cut - there was no roll to the drive. The greens were very nice and well-maintained. There weren’t very many people playing, so the pace was good - no waiting. The homes lining the course were quite old - probably built in the 50’s or 60’s. Constantly driving across streets to get from one green to the next tee - felt confining. The carts had ice ready for drinks - really needed it even though it wasn’t too hot. Overall, I didn’t feel like the lower price I paid was worth the value for this course.
