Aliante Golf Course
About
Gary Panks designed Aliante Golf Club to be player friendly rather than score crushing. It is supposed to be a Las Vegas golf version of Cheers.
Everyone may not know your name, but there is a huge practice facility, good clubhouse digs to kick back in and most of all a 7,022-yard layout that does not play nearly as fearsome as its 139-slope rating would indicate.
Which doesn't mean there isn't plenty of variety. With 54 bunkers, 14 bridges, four ponds and two waterfalls, about all Aliante is missing is a kitchen sink on a par 5.
"Aliante is a little out of the way, but it was well worth the trip," Todd Dewey wrote in TravelGolf.com. "It was a bit surreal to be playing in a picturesque setting in that part of town and the fast pace of play made it even more enjoyable. There was absolutely no waiting."

Ok for the money!
When I played there a few months ago the ground was soft, seems like they are not watering as much, all lies are tight. It’s still nice to play for $50 considering the prices around town, I would play it again. The fairways are green, like I said it’s a little dry!
Not bad for the price.
Overall good course. Great layout. The greens were in great shape. The fairways were not in good in shape, grass was thin and dry. Course was tough if you missed the fairway or greens. For $52 it was good. Good range, chipping and putting greens.
Fair ways were horrible, as usual staff didn’t have karts ready. Fairways has patches, rough is dead grass, bunkers are hard as heck…last time I make this mistake next time I save 10$ play los prados which is always in great shape.
Aliante
Have played here several times over a few years. The course conditions vary with the time of year but generally are pretty good. Right now it's pretty decent (end of April)
Local Resident
Staff couldn’t be friendlier! Disappointed we did Not see a drink girl for 18 holes. Maybe because it was a 2:30p tee-time. $55 on a Sun in prime season, can’t complain too much.
Northwestener review
If you want lush green fairways, water, greens with slopes, trees, then this is not the course. Situated around a community where nobody sits outside (why buy here) the fairways are as touph as asphalt. This is a desert and the onky green is on the green. The greens had been aerated this week but did the staff tell you or provide a discount like all other courses? NO! Pace of play was very very slow. There are no marshalls. Do not play in the afternoon or it will be a 6 hr round. Frankly the price they charge for this is very high and not worth the experience. Wont golf in the desert again. I recommend all the gorgeous courses in the nirthwest and BC.
Conditions Do Matter!
Ok, golf is a game so go have fun cuz your playing right? No, it still requires good conditions and I don’t mean a day without wind. I mean a course with grass. And grass is green guys. Hard to find a playable lie.
Was going to play a second day but canceled as the course fairways and tee boxes were barely playable.
Boyd is a quality company; can’t believe they would appreciate such a wreck of a course.
Alliante golf
The course was in decent shape. Wide fairways that rolled a long way. The greens had been punched a week or so prior, and there were several holes that could have had a little more sand on them.
Did not play because of Major winds
Hello. I did not play the course because there were 40 MPH and the course was not really playable. I was not sure how to cancel on Golf Now.
Grass needs work!
We liked the. course layout but the grass needs some TLC. Very dry and/or sparse. You’d think in April it would be in good shape!
Starting To Green Up
Great Round, Great pace of play. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Starting to green up, only was able to play the back 9 twice due to course Maintenance. This course forces you to go through your bag, because you cannot grip and rip on every hole. First time playing this course, don't think I will play it again, only because I am recently retired and I have some many other courses to play. I wouldn't recommend this course if you cannot hit somewhat straight, houses on both sides on most of the holes. Enjoy
Terrible Golf course
I would never recommend this Aliante golf course for anyone thinking of putting on any sort outing.
We had scheduled a 62 man golf outing on Weds April 6th, 2022. So we called the restaurant the day before to see if the group could eat breakfast the next morning which we were told yes. The morning of, we were greeted with the restaurant is closed due to a meeting, but yet the people in the meeting were eating. So we decided to wait a little while until the meeting was over. But shortly after the Bar tender came over and said to keep it down and that we shouldn't even be there, RUDELY. Shortly after that we were made aware that the greens had been punched with their largest spike and we were told they had forgot we were coming that day. What kind of organization are you running over there. Just a TERRIBLE over all experience !
PS... We had traveled 1270 plus miles for this !
