Golf Summerlin - Palm Valley Course

The pace play was really smooth. Very little if any waiting time, which was unusual. The fairway was beautiful but the green needed some care, othwise it was a perfect day for golfing.

Course layout is good, fairway very good, greens extremely bumpy with grass parches not cut evenly. Pace of play decent.

I was in town for the holidays with my family and decided to try this course out. What a great move this was. There was an issue with my teetime that was my fault, but the staff members at the pro shop and manager were very accommodating, handled that professionally and were able to adjust it for me during the busy time of the day and get me on the course. The rental clubs were brand new Callaway ai Smoke, wow! The beverage cart lady came by once on the front line and once on the back nine. As for the course, the greens were very nice and rolled true. Fairways, tee boxes and bunkers were also in great shape. The rough was flat with low lying winter grass. The scenery was amazing as I come from Florida where there’s mostly flatlands. I will definitely return to play this course next time I’m in town

Very good condition, highly recommended

1st time here and check in easy, staff very friendly and restaurant a plus. Course in pretty good shape, I was put in with a threesome that play here weekly and they were fun and very knowledgeable about the course. Got a great deal with my golf pass.

Pace was a bit slow, fairways were a little fuzzy. Not as tight as I like em, but Vegas did just get hit with some pretty heavy rain recently, which may have promoted a bit heavier growth, and they may not be able to mow them down as tight. Overall I like this course and would definitely play it if I get a good deal when I'm in the area

It was hot about 105 but a little breezy so wasn't bad. Course was ok, tight lies and greens were slow and bumpy. Carts were nice however no GPS, good thing I had my and the guy we played with golfs there all the time so that was helpful not to mention he shot like 75 lol.. Bunkers were in great shape and I heard the course is going to close for like 2 or 3 weeks for maintenance and I was told to go back after and the course will be in outstanding shape. I will return to play in a month or two.

The golf course isn't great condition.. Not just for the summer condition but great condition. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.. Even the other golfers were very friendly and considerate. You know does it sound like it but this is a real review from a real person.

Really enjoyed this course. Good shape. Weak offerings for drinks. No sugar free choices. Need an attractive cart girl.

Clubhouse to 19th green - associates run 1st class course - very welcoming - play is brisk at 109 degrees - a little more sand in a couple of traps please - budget wise it’s a WINNER
