Harmony Golf Preserve
About
Located southeast of downtown Orlando and about 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, Harmony Golf Preserve is a secluded championship golf course set on 260-acre wildlife preserve and is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Rated a Top 50 Public golf course in the Golf World Readers' Choice for 2010, the course was designed by Johnny Miller and is difficult enough from the championship tees to have hosted the 2007 Hooters Tour Michelob Ultra Classic, but features five sets of tee boxes. Harmony Golf Preserve is home to a full practice facility and driving range, full service dining in the Harmony Town Tavern, full locker room and shower facilities, as well as banquet facilities for large groups.

Greens
The greens were in horrible condition. Lots of bare spots. I should have been offered a discount due to these conditions.
Maryland
The fairways and tee boxes are in good condition. The drought has gotten to the greens. Poor condition.
Maryland
We liked the course. Fairways and tee boxes were in good shape. The greens were bare in many spots. Ther is no restaurant. No way to get ice or water. Sold products in pro shop. You will see wildlife.
Great course and staff
It's a ways out from the main attractions in Orlando, but worth the drive. Great location, great staff,. The course was a pleasure to play. At the time I played the greens were recovering from a hard freeze in the area, but other than that it's one of the best courses I've played in the area. HIghly recommend it.
Potential
This is a nice course. It’s lay out is nice, widespread.
The tee boxes and greens need some TLC. I would like to just say that divots are noticeable and people don’t seem to repair the divots they make. Common it’s just good practice and golf manners. The greens are rough. I’m not sure who the greens keeper is, but I would like to think there needs to be some conversation with them. I would also suggest trash bins at the start of each green. There was no cart girl today, we were told that it wasn’t busy enough. But when we checked in, we were told we could purchase drinks from them. Good thing we brought water. The tiny snack bags of chips you’d see normally for like 50 cents to $1 else where, they wanted $3. The golf carts don’t have GPS, nor do they have charging usb ports to charge your phone. They do have a nice selection of clothes if you are looking.
So we did find out what happened to the greens. A few weeks ago when it was very cold with frost, someone mowed the greens and basically that did them in. It sounds like they have a plan to take one a week out of service and fix them up.
But it is a nice course, it’s open and plays well.
Everything good except the greens
The tees and fairways were in excelent condition however the greens have suffered from either adverse weather or desease and have many bare patches. That said they did play OK and were not bumpy.
One of best courses in this area!
Great course and facility but greens are not in good shape, they need attention!
One of my favorite courses, only drawback, greens weren't in good shape, but they're working on them.
Ill definitely go back.
A long drive but worthy
Loved this golf course!
Far away from our hotel but the place is just amazing.
We enjoyed it very much!
Landscape was beautiful!
Worst golf course ever
This is, without question, the worst golf course I have ever played—and I’ve played a lot of courses. Charging over $100 for non-residents and more than $80 for residents for conditions like this is honestly unbelievable.
Every single green on the course was a complete disaster. Patchy, bumpy, and covered with sandy spots. It looked like the greens hadn’t been rolled or properly maintained in months. I’m not exaggerating when I say every green was in terrible shape.
What makes it even more frustrating is that the layout of the course could actually be good. But the fairways were just as bad—sandy, uneven, and full of weeds. The entire course feels neglected.
In my opinion, this place is the definition of charging premium prices while putting minimal effort into maintenance. It feels like management is more interested in collecting green fees than taking care of the course.
Harmony
Harmony is a very nice course. It’s a couple of extra miles to Harmony but it’s worth the drive. The greens had some issues but I was told that they are diligently working to fix the issues quickly. The sand traps could have been raked out a little better. Always enjoy playing this course.
$80 for weekend afternoon and poor green conditions
Love this course, however for the premium in price I won’t be returning with the quality of the greens. For the price you pay, you expect much better course conditions.
Greens need work.
Mixed grass caused my ball to bounce around on the greens. Did not enjoy putting them had no idea which way the ball would roll. The fairways were in good shape and it was a nice layout but those greens were disappointing.
