Chans revenge is that you have to tee it up in a barren wasteland. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

I didnt see in the yardage book that theres actually a hazard short of 10 green, I must've missed it. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

It's your "lucky day" at #12, advance up 150 yards from the tee, making this par 5 a poor excuse for a par 4, but do not pass go and do not collect 200 dollars Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

On #4 the bunker, the fairway, the greenside rough have combined forces to become one super bunker. Photo submitted by cbcruz305024 on 04/21/2017

This course is in great shape this year!
Greens are a little slow for my liking but are in good shape. Tea boxes were a little brown but groomed and the fairways look good. Beautiful course right up next to the mountains. I highly recomend this course to all levels of golfers but don't be afraid to bring a few extra balls. It's pretty narrow with a lot of OB
Deer Creek
This is a fun track to play and they keep in in pretty good shape. The greens are rolling a little slow but everything else seemed to be pretty well maintained. Very friendly staff and for the price it is a great deal for 18 holes of golf.
We enjoyed the course and we were treated very well by the staff.
Course was crowded but very well managed. Pace of play was always appropriate. Course was well maintained and greens were well kept.
Will return
Am I have returned 3 more times since they had great deals there. Good course and good views.
Very good.
This course has very good character and was in very good shape. Because it was Saturday play was slow. But, they had rangers checking out the pace and being very helpful. We will play it again.
TERRIBLE SHAPE
I would not recommend anyone paying to play here. After I played here I found out from a resident that the course is in foreclosure. Again DO NOT PLAY HERE until its bought by someone that will take care of it. I wouldn't even give this a star.
Great challenging course like it a lot.
I had been wanting to ply this course, and I'm coming back it was a lot of fun specially the back nine with some challenging sloped fairways very though to land in the center even if you play your ball way to the left, their staff members very helpfull and friendly check it out.
Nice course, tight course.
Played on a Saturday afternoon and the pace was a little slow for the amount of foursomes. Greens needed to be mowed but the course was in good condition. 1st time playing the course and it was a lot of fun.
Good Challenging Track
Greens were long bumpy and slow. Rest od coarse was in good shape.
Pretty good
Course was tough for a first time visited. Lots of blind trouble and greens were running about a 7.5 and easily could have been cut and rolled to a 10.
Fun, challenging
The front four goes out on the highside of the creek with steep banks down to the right. The next 5 are down low with the creek following you on the right. If you have a tendency to fade, aim left! The back nine wanders through a subdivision and a no man's land wetland, finishing with a couple of sweet par 4's.
Front tees for men are 5700 then next ones are 6400+ - major difference on several holes.
One group seemed to draw out play time - nearly 5 hours. Not much was seen of marshalls.
Course in good shape. Everything else was terrible.
Deer Creek was good shape, tee to green. Greens rolled fairly smooth and true to line, but a bit slow. Speaking of slow, the pace of play was horrible, if not worse. It was not due to the group immediately in front of us, as the backups could be seen throughout the course. I do not play much weekend golf for this reason, and this 5.5 hour round was a good reminder of why. Maybe weekdays are better. Not sure I personally would take the chance.
wonderful features
This is one of the best designed courses that I have played. Every hole makes you think. The way the course uses Deer Creek and the marshlands is very well done! Bring your "A" game or course will get you.
Good first time playing Deer Creek
Really enjoyed the scenery. The fairways and greens were in decent shape for this time of year. Pace of play was GREAT for a weekend municipal in Denver!
Foothills makes for a round with beautiful views
The course is fun and has some interesting holes. I found other courses to be much nicer. Fairways and green were in really great shap I just prefer some other courses as far as being more wow to the eyes. Staff was really uptight and in bad moods.
Great condition for early season
This is one of our favorite courses to play on the twilight deals. It has some fantastic challenging holes and some easy ones to keep your confidence up. The greens are running pretty good right now, not as slow as they normally are. Take advantage of it now.
NIce Course, Good Price Value
Course was in very good condition compared to other courses in the area. A few holes require local knowledge. Greens in good shape. Pace of play was good.
Great Staff
$44.00 for 18, the course is priced about right, I will play here again in the future.
Never again...
Back to back bad experiences. Overbooked, understaffed, and course not in great shape. Took over an hour to play 3 holes (after teeing off 40 minutes after schedules tee time). Plenty of other good options around. Avoid Deer Creek at all costs.
