Whisper Creek Golf Club

The course is challenging, but not impossible. The greens are in great shape, the fairways are solid, but avoid the thick stuff! Great staff and good pace of play.

Great track with a interesting layout. If you hit the fairway, the ball will bounce about 20 feet in the air which is tough to judge but leads to some bombs. Greens were rolling fast and they were true to the line. Bunkers need some help.. either too much sand or not enough but if don’t hit in them, you will love this place.

They need to put 100 f 200 yard stakes on the course. They didn't even have the 150s out there yet, pretty sad.

No tee box markers, no yardage markers or GPS, all pins placed at very front edge of every green never more than 2-4 ft from fairway. NO ranger, no services offered yet price was no really discounted.

Always a good round. Course was a little rough between aeration and unreplaced divots. Drainage/mud is never a problem. Staff very friendly. We always enjoy a brat after 9 holes, but the halfway cafe was CLOSED.

I love playing at Whisper Creek. I played there 5 times this golf season. The problem that last two times I have played is that the greens are slow. Then today the geese were out in force and several greens were inundated with droppings from the geese. And when I last played there a week ago today there were only a few geese. Then I hit a small bucket of balls and the mats are in terrible shape. Several were warped. This will probably be the last time I play there this season and it's because I'm afraid that goose droppings will just increase.

I have played WC 4 times this season. As always the staff was very friendly and allowed me and my partner to tee off on 10 because there was a group of 20 players who were teeing off on the front. The only complaint I would have is that a few of the bunkers were not playable and the greens were slow. But other than that it was a great day to play.
