Whisper Creek Golf Club

Over 5 hours rounding and slowest green I have ever seen on this course.
Fairway conditions are good.
Course ranger could not manage playing time and ended up being 5 hours and 15 min 18 hole round.

This golf course is very well maintained and up keep. The staffs are very friendly.

So I love this course - it's challenging yet fair, shot making but open and if you're making your shots - you can really score well. The conditions are usually outstanding and I am always thrilled with the staff.

It's ~ $50 on GN right? Grass tees on the practice areas, a beautiful putting green, someone who comes to your car and picks up your clubs and a starter that actually knows the course (and will make some suggestions if you want them). All of this for $50.

greens in great shape for so early in the year. rough was a little too long but with all our rain its understandable.

Beautiful course. Rough is very thick around the greens so it plays pretty tight but overall one of my favorites to play.

Challenging course, especially for first timers with no knowledge of the layout. Plenty of risk/reward opportunities and the greens were quick with some tough reads. Pace of play was just shy of 5 hrs which was the only drawback. Will definitely be going back again soon!

The course was in good shape. greens a little slow which is normal for the beginning of the year. Wind was making the par 5's long. Had hail come down on hole 12

I played this course on 3/30, they only had two sets of tees set up and the back ones were basically at the back of every tee box. It was a chilly day with at least 6 holes play straight into the wind. The conditions and wetness of the course made for a difficult round of golf. The 8th hole is a beyond stupid par 5, borderline unfair, especially without GPS on the cart they provided. During the summer this course is one of the best values around, but it was in pretty rough shape this early in the season. Overall I like this place very much, but wait until May or June..

Whisper Creek is a good challenge. 18 is risk reward for sure, which is good!

Nice track with good use of wetlands and bunkers to enhance design. Good variety with some short par 4's and some par 5's which require layups for the longer hitters.

A long course with natural and man-made challenges along the way. The Par 5's are pretty gimmicky, but still fun for a little variety. Beware of cranky neighbors shooing you off their lawns as the course winds through the community. I normally prefer to walk, but you need to ride this course as it is spread out and the next tee box is often a block or two away. A fun course and certainly different than anything else I have played in the western burbs. Worth the drive.

The golf course of fairway are great expect too much sands on green because of too much clean up on my putter club and golf ball

Whisper Creek offers good variety -- no two holes are alike. Holes are memorable. The greens are challenging but not tricky. Generally what you see and think are accurate.

Great place to play, has a country club feel. Layout is fair and fun. Jameson's is the restaurant at the clubhouse serving steaks, burgers, etc.

pace of play is always good here.. very nice variety of holes.generous landing areas (if you are hitting it good). plenty of water and sandstraps

Beautiful course, long fairways, but a difficult course for women players. This course is for very good players who are not intimidated by the many heavy rough areas and water holes.

Staff, facilities, course and pro shop top notch in a great environment. Nothing more to ask for. Went twice this week alone.

It's a 90 degree day. You're a 4 some that has several old men in it dying in the heat. I'm in a 2 some and both of us are low handicap. We are hitting into you on every shot. LET US PLAY THROUGH!! I don't care if you were quitting after 9 holes. Ranger should have been out there to move us along.
