Mountain Falls Golf Course

Super friendly staff, great conditions, super greens, good food. The list goes on & on. Perfect weather another plus. Price is always right here. Wish it was closer but definitely well worth the drive from Vegas.

First this time of the year, the golf course is in great shape.

We travelled from Las Vegas and it was worth the drive. Easy to get to, great virws

Course conditions were very good. Only thing bad that day was the relentless wind.It was literally a sandstorm at times. I would like to play again under better conditions.

Loved the course. Absolutely beautiful an enjoyment to play. Well worst the drive. Pace of play was a little slow so bring you patients. The back nine was unbelievable.

Course is in great condition but pace of play got very, very slow and backed up. We only finished 13 holes because of it. Because of darkness but otherwise the course was fine.

Mountain Falls really was a hot deal, despite the drive. There was hardly anyone on the course so I dawdled where I wanted to look for that ball that I know went over here somewhere! Getting it close to the pin on approaches was quite difficult. Superb value.

3rd year coming back here-- still a jewel at an outstanding price!! Well worth the drive--- please continue to keep this a "secret"!

Great hidden gem in Pharmup well worth the trip from Vegaf

This course used to be in excellent condition always. The fairways are still in good condition as well; has the greens. The rough is really in bad shape and getting worse, the grass is dying off and what is left is clumps of grass. I believe it is do to over watering.
Stay in the fairways.

We had lots of fun. The course is beautiful and the staff are fabulous.

great condition challenging. On second playing knew were to hit and not hit. Did notice the back nine is not in the same excellent condition the front nine is in.

a tale of two nines. The front nine is a Nicklaus Co design and has an open desert feel. Well...at least until all the houses are built. Really good, not great. But a great course is rare. Back nine has a narrower feel as ypu play within the housing development. Front nine greens were great and most of the back nine greens were a not not as good with patchy grass. Greens are interesting and will keep multiple rounds interesting. Good value.

Being from California this would be a 100 dollar course. The greens tough to read with subtle
breaks around the hole. Tee shots benefit by
Playing positive slopes off left or right side.

Friendliness of staff, accommodating, nice practice area(chipping, putting greens and driving range), beautiful setting, challenging course. Great food/prices at the Grill. Would drive an hour to play this course anytime

I am a local resident (not in the Mountian Falls community, but in Pahrump), and a season pass holder. I've played Mountain Falls over 100 times and I really don't get tired of it. For one reason, the front and back were designed by different companies, so they play differently. I like to say it's easier to par the front and it's easier to bogey or birdie on the back, and the front has wide fairways but difficult greens while the back is more narrow but has easier greens.

Pace of play is normally good and sometime excellent, maybe in part because it's hard to lose a ball on the front. The other course in town may also play a part, it's an executive course and attracts beginners.

The course is amazingly hilly for the desert, and flat lies are sometimes hard to come by. The rough, this year in particular, is punishing enough unless it's the middle of summer when the grass gets so dry that it acts like a tee. Water is in play on a number of holes.

The practice facilities are really good, with three putting areas, two pitching greens, and a driving range that always allow you to hit off of grass.

The staff is friendly and professional. The starters are polite but will keep things moving on the course. Jason, the managing pro, is a great guy.

Oh, almost forgot, they let juniors play for free with a paying adult. Thank you Mountain Falls!

Although a hour drive from the strip, well worth it. The scenery on the way was amazing and the course was the pot at the end of the rainbow. Will definitely do again.
