StoneRidge Golf Course

Stone Ridge is great! The course is very challenging. The greens ran very true and fast!!!

What a view, not to mention the well maintained greens and fairways. Very fun.

The way we were started was not well done. Heard over a loud speaker to go to the first tee. Put out 2 twosomes behind a foursome. Do not understand why they would not combine the two twosomes. Love the terrain change especially on back nine. Proshop should inquire about providing some assistance as at this elevation ball goes about 10% farther. I believe newcomers would enjoy themselves more and would be less frustrated.

Beautiful course situated in native terrain. There is a lot of distance between the greens and the next tee box so a cart is essential. Massive changes in elevation couple with relatively narrow fairways, make this course particularly challenging. Greens are undulating and very fast. Great experience, but not for the high-handicapper.

Wonderful course, great day. You must play at least one time to know ware to hit it. The course was in great shape and was a great value the 18th hole is a little bit rinky dink but the rest of the layout is outstanding and quite a challange greens are as fast as you will find but vary fair.

We are organizing another trip to Stone Ridge from Mesa as soon as possible.

Excellent course in wonderful condition. Only drawback is distance from our home.

Best course around! I've played here a couple dozen times and still I get suckered into taking shot it looks like I can make regardless of what I know the yardage is. Great challenging course and really good prices.

If you can keep the ball in the short grass, this could be considered an "easier" course. Stray offline, and dig out another ball from our bag! A great challenge, good views, well maintained.

No ranger! Slow play. Very tough course. Probably will not play again.

the course was in great shape. the greens were very fast and a bit tricky to read but true. it would be nice to have a book as some of the holes require local knowledge and with no gps on the carts ALL of the pins should have laser reflectors.

Stoneridge has an awesome layout and is very challenging, the greens are lightning fast!!! However it will usually take nearly five hours to play. Staff is very friendly.

Awesome Day. Enjoyed it with my son and the golf pro was very helpful. Looking forward to my next round there.

My wife and I found this to be a very challenging, but interesting course. It has a number of 'blind' tee shots which requires accuracy and ideally local knowledge (which we didn't have). The 18th hole was one of the most unusual holes we have played with an 'S' shaped fairway and well over 500 yds in length. A sign laying out the distances for for first-time golfers on the 18th tee would be very useful.

The course is in great shape and the greens roll true. This is a fun course with elavated tees and forced carries. You have to think about every shot so be sure you have a gps devise with you.

Very well conditioned course that is a test for everyone. Pick the right tees for the most enjoyment and do not let your ego get in the way.

Wow if you want a wonderful round of golf that includes great views, awesome conditions and just an all around awe experience, THIS IS IT! Living in the Phoenix area and playing it for the first time this summer, I will be back again and again. There are some holes that are a challange but over all an average golfer will be in great shape on the layout.

Wow, where to begin with StoneRidge?!? If this were a hiking trail, it'd be one of the most popular in northern AZ with all of the views. Each hole is so pituresque, the staff is tremendously friendly and accommodating and the course is very challenging. Left me feeling accomplished and satisfied. MUST PLAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

We were extremely dissapointed this time that we played. We had to quit on the 13th hole, as there were 3 groups of four in front of us, & they didn't seem to care that there were people behind them. They were so slow that we called the pro-shop, & complained, they sent some one out, but he didn't care anymore than the player. These player were hitting not one ball every shot, but two & three. At the 14th hole we had been playing 4 hrs, every whole from the beginng, was the same. We have played this course alot & never had this happen, so we will be trying again.

I struggled with this course but I have only played it one time. It helps to play it with someone who is familiar with its blind shots and surprising turns.
