The course was beautiful and challenging

They let to many 2somes out and play was slow.

This is a Fantastic layout. A difficult Nicklaus design. Interestingly, the greens are smaller than the average he designs adding to the challenge.

Unfortunately, the overall conditions are poor, especially for the tremendously elevated greens fees. These were $225 for an early morning time. The conditions for a course layout of this caliber, and price were poor to say the least. Slow and inconsistent greens.

Disappointing

They were already 10 minutes behind on the first tee. Play was relatively slow.

If this gets back to the good old days, it certainly is worth playing but for the current fees and conditions, I would not go back which is sad.

We book here every time we are in the area. Incredibly scenic at every turn, gorgeous greens. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The charge for a guest/rider seems excessive.

This course had it all; sand was awesome, fairways were pristine, greens had just enough undulation (could’ve been rolled to make them a tad faster), and the rough was manageable. I’ll be back rest assured!

Good public golf courses in Naples are limited. Corkscrew is a great layout, in a beautiful setting, NO houses. Green were disappointing for a $200+ round... but overall condition good-to-excellent... but make no mistake, this is a tough course. Better have your A-game! Green complexes difficult, unforgiving.

Tough track. Overall the course condition was good. Expected more. There were a few spotty greens and some barren traps. Hard to distinguish between bunkers and waste areas at times. Fairway were in good conditions for the most part. The course has a lot of mounted, bunkered smallish greens with false fronts. Very difficult to hold for most golfers. Nice practice facility but the use better newer range balls would be welcome. Enjoyed the challenge but will not return at $200+ a round. Would wait for the offseason to play.

Some holes could be softened a bit to improve playability and speed play up.

There seems to be a fungus on the greens. The greens played rather slow (8-9). Had to wait at each hole for the group (s) in front of us. For the cost we couldn’t see the associated value. Lower price to meet value proposition

Staff was great. Practice area was terrific. Layout of the course was terrific. Pace of play was painful especially w the associated cost.

Challenging track and for the most part in good condition. Greens and sand traps could be better. I expected more for $220 US. At these prices wouldn't be back anytime soon.

I've played here before, and thought it was a very nice experience although on the high end of acceptable pricing. This time, I was stunned to see what the daily Greens fee had become, and assumed that course upgrades had happened in some way to make it worth this additional cost. Even accounting for " Florida golf", I thought the course condition was only average. Greens were bumpy. And while I said in my review that I would recommend it to others, my caveat would be if you cannot get another tee time at a more reasonable cost, and you have a lot of money, this is a good option. Daily there are many tee times available, and in this part of Florida that's a novelty. But, I guess a lot of those tee times are available because of the cost. It just makes me a little sad then a nice course is pricing itself out of the market.
