Old Corkscrew Golf Club

Have played twice before with very poor greens due to fungus damage and once again, the greens were rolling incredibly slow and very inconsistent. Golf course was extremely wet and actually had 2 areas appeared to be water drainage issues. Both bathroom/water houses had no water and ice didn’t work either?? It was in the high 80’s and very poor maintenance to have no water available on the course. The beverage cart barely had any drinks either. For such a high end facility, it has been disappointing each time for such poor greens and overall value….

Beautiful course. Great condition. Little wet given recent rain.

Challenging for all levels of players. Highly recommend.

Playing Old Corkscrew is a must when in Southwest Florida!

Even though they had lots of rain the night before we still had great outing.

Challenging and beautiful we enjoy the times we play and will continue to rate it at the top of our favorites.

This is the best course in SW Florida! A very good course for above average players ! Will definitely return!

Layout wise the course is fantastic. A few of the greens looked like they were still in recovery in some spots, but they were by no means "bad". I played after some very heavy rains, some fairways and bunkers were were flooded. The greens were surprisingly firm and rolled well. I'd absolutely love to play the course when fully dried out.

One of my favourite courses in SW Florida and a great challenge to any player. Mostly tree and palmetto lined fairways, well bunkered and fast greens, severely undulating in some cases. This, combined with the friendly staff makes it a fun place to visit. Every time we visit from Scotland, Mark Iwinski takes to time to greet us personally and catch up making us feel welcome. There is nothing special about us, its just the mark of a gentleman. First class in my book.

The course is unique in that you never see a house while playing. Beautiful setting and great condition. I played mid week in early afternoon so the course was not crowded at all. Love that range balls are included and a nice practice area. Will definitely play again.

This course is one of my favorites in Florida. That staff are top notch and some of the best around. Greens are starting to come around since the closure over the summer. The only gripe I have of the course is the price. Unfortunately, in season it will keep going up and up :( . Love the place though.
