Golfer Reviews
Nice place!
First time and definitely would return. Florida courses are generally in their worst condition in Florida, but this place was fine. Not too crowded - played 18 in three and a half hours. Lots of tees for every skill level. Course has lots of trouble, but not gimmicky or unfair. Only complaint is we finished at 4pm and couldn’t get a beer! Oh yeah, and no beverage cart. Boo!
Greens are in trouble.....
This golf course is always fun and challenging with very undulating greens, but their greens were not in good condition - they were slow and bumpy.
Golf Fun
All was fun but desperately needed a ranger to improve pace of play—- had to skip a hole to finish the round due to slow play and sunset timings.
Venetian Golf and River Club
Good overall, Course condition was fair but greens rolled well.
Little rough
Course conditions were a little rough today. Fairways are very thin and the greens have some kind of fungus or something going on with them not in very good shape. Played here before and the course was in a lot better shape
Nice course
Course is in pretty good condition greens were fast fairways were a little thin on a few holes. Pin placement was tough today putting was a little difficult for the average player.
The only complaint is the greens are very undulating and a little tricked up, the pin placements were generally in difficult areas.
